Decent but not great.
Pros:

It was a newer hotel, so things were fresh.

Cons:

There was a miniature golf course right next to our side of the hotel and it played music all night. I even told the hotel about it but their answer was to give us a new room the next day when we were scheduled to leave. We did not sleep well because of it and did have the tv on to help muffle the noise. There are too many other good choice in that area to choose from to go back there again.

Nice hotel good location. Breakfast was good. Quiet room.

Cons:

Had a room with two queen beds. One bed did not have a cover sheet and there was small gravel/rocks under the bed spread. It looked as if someone before us had been on the bed with their shoes on and covered up with only the bedspread. If true the bed was not cleaned before we got there. Otherwise a great hotel.
