Good short stay
Pros:

Went for a couple days in Pigeon Forge. Hotel staff were great. Rooms were clean and quiet for the most part. Some of the reviews had comments about carpet our room had hardwood floors.Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. Better than a few stays I have had.
Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of parking on our stay Pools wand hot tube were clean. Towels at the pool. Several restaurants within walking distance.
If I had a complaint it would be that room service is every other day. I like trash emptied and fresh towels and wash clothes.
Had a great stay and look forward to staying there again.

Pros:

We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, and the treadmill, along with the fireplace outside.

Cons:

Sorry to say that the breakfast sausage was cold.. We were upset that for a few days our room did not get cleaned, we were then told that you have to request that. That was a bit different.

It was close to the main strip but not on the main strip. Our view of the mountains was BEAUTIFUL

The room was a little dirtier than I would have liked. The backroom tub faucet dripped the whole time.

Pros:

It was a pretty good breakfast. Healthy options. The oatmeal was tepid. Gravy was watery. But the staff kept the buffet stocked and the coffee replaced frequently

Cons:

Maybe another protein option or two. Fresh berries?

The hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Pillows were so wonderful I was tempted to sneak one home with me! But I didn't! Lol

Cons:

There needs to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Showers got very steamy. Also for smelly situations and privacy.

This hotel is in great condition along with no issues with cleanliness made a great four night stay for us.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location for all things Pigeon Forge and with free parking and the standard breakfast offerings it is a great deal. Our check-in was seamless and so was check-out. The staff was helpful and were able to take care of our needs quickly. We like extra towels and they had them right at the front desk. The breakfast area had the normal offerings you come to expect from the Hampton Inn and it was well taken care of. We had two top floor rooms and had no issue with noise. We would stay here again without a doubt!
