Ok for a stop to sleep. Staff was excellent
Pros:

Clean location nice rooms. Beds are too hard.

Cons:

Beds not comfy for people who like a softer bed and pillows too bulky. We prefer a softer bed and pillows. Maybe make it an option to add a pillow topper for a fee? Breakfast very minimal

I am a Hilton/Hampton fan. The hotel was clean upon arrival. Quiet setting.
Pros:

room was very clean when arrived. Service was prompt.
There was always a person at the front desk.

Cons:

Pass keys must have been reset daily. We were there three nights and 4 days. Had to have the pass key reset 8 times. Key pad was broken in back and on side. Had to walk basically around the entire hotel to leave and re- enter.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Had to ask for more towels and to have the room cleaned.
Conditioner dispenser was empty the entire stay. asked to have it refilled. It was not.

HORRIBLE NOISE FROM THE PROXIMITY TO THE HIGHWAY WITH NON STOP TRUCKS. COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL. DO NOT RESERVE AN ODD NUMBER ROOM AT THIS LOCATION

I would not tell a friend to stay at thislocation

3 or more bugs in room
No sheets or pillow cases for pullout bed, only one thin blanket. Room was very hot upon entry and then very cool at night. I had to put pants and long shirt on to stay warm on couch

It was OK.
Pros:

Breakfast fine. Location fine.

Cons:

I did not like the room location for a handicapped person with a dog. I am very uncomfortable staying in rooms above the first floor. If there was a fire, I would be very challenged to walk down several flights of stairs with a Walker and a dog. I am almost 79 and physically challenged using a walker full time.

Sleep it off.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and after a full day of being in the car, slept well.

Cons:

Water. Didn't realize there was a problem with the tap water until I was brushing my teeth. Not a fun surprise. Made me wary of taking a shower.
