I would not tell a friend to stay at thislocation

Noise in lobby
Road noise all night long
3 or more bugs in room
No sheets or pillow cases for pullout bed, only one thin blanket. Room was very hot upon entry and then very cool at night. I had to put pants and long shirt on to stay warm on couch
Terribly uncomfortable pull out bef

It was OK.
Pros:

Breakfast fine. Location fine.

Cons:

I did not like the room location for a handicapped person with a dog. I am very uncomfortable staying in rooms above the first floor. If there was a fire, I would be very challenged to walk down several flights of stairs with a Walker and a dog. I am almost 79 and physically challenged using a walker full time.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and after a full day of being in the car, slept well.

Cons:

Water. Didn't realize there was a problem with the tap water until I was brushing my teeth. Not a fun surprise. Made me wary of taking a shower.

Greeted at the front desk by a very friendly staff member who was very, very helpful and personable. (Forgot her name - red hair and maybe Alesha?). Breakfast in morning was great with several options. Room was clean and comfortable.
