I don’t stay - when I couldn’t lock the door I immediately left and wouldn’t stay at a property so badly managed.

The locks on the hotel room were broken - both of them. The base of the shower door and corners on the floor were very dirty - black.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely awesome. The pool served it's purpose for my children.

Cons:

The bed were kind of itchy. The rugs on the floors were stained. The breakfast was i guess standard and boring. If I could add some input, there should be rotating menus daily.

Pros:

Breakfast staff were accommodating. Food was hot in the server.

Cons:

Dirt on the rugs in the elevator and our third floor hallway. Our room was on the side of the highway and it was noisy all night.

Clean location nice rooms. Beds are too hard.

Cons:

Beds not comfy for people who like a softer bed and pillows too bulky. We prefer a softer bed and pillows. Maybe make it an option to add a pillow topper for a fee? Breakfast very minimal

Wish I could have rested here after a very long journey. Bed was very comfortable

I am a Hilton/Hampton fan. The hotel was clean upon arrival. Quiet setting.
Pros:

room was very clean when arrived. Service was prompt.
There was always a person at the front desk.

Cons:

Pass keys must have been reset daily. We were there three nights and 4 days. Had to have the pass key reset 8 times. Key pad was broken in back and on side. Had to walk basically around the entire hotel to leave and re- enter.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Had to ask for more towels and to have the room cleaned.
Conditioner dispenser was empty the entire stay. asked to have it refilled. It was not.
