Pros:

Close to train station. Lots of eating and drinking places in the area.
Hotel is old but well maintained. My room was spacious with furniture that looked antiqueish.I was surprised to find that the bathroom was completely renovated with updated fixtures, lighting etc. All in all the room was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, good change from the usual buffet.
