Location, some original architecture, with some modern upgrades.
Simple things like an iron or steamer, umbrellas wasn’t available nor was it made available when asked unlike the 2 other places we stayed at. If two guests show up for a 4 night stay they should provide more then one espresso pod for the coffee machine, we did ask for more, then were given 3 extra. For the whole stay.
Camera ed accoglienza
Excellent room and location was just superb, so would recommend you stay here. Easy to deal with hotel ahead of arrival and during stay. Breakfast wasn't great, so wouldn't suggest you book it as we didn't after the first complimentary one. That said everything else was first class
Nothing, the breakfast was a personal choice of ours just wasn't what you would want for around €15 per head for a couple of bits of ham and cheese and some fruit.
Vasca idromassaggio molto ampia, pulizia impeccabile, letto molto comodo (anche se con materasso morbido).
La presenza delle travi di legno vicino al letto. L'acqua calda era instabile.
In an ideal location - everything is within 20 mins walk more or less
Lots of food and quaint shops around yet the property itself is in a quiet lane
The room was spotless with excellent linens and towels
Service daily - fresh drinking water flask is a nice touch
The room aircon was struggling - not up to the job - so it was bearable but only just in the room compared to the 35+C furnace outside
Tutto
Fantastic location: You can easily walk to most of Rome's main attractions, including the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Even the Spanish Steps are just a 15-minute walk away, and the Colosseum is only a quick 10-minute bus ride from the hotel.
Quiet and clean: The hotel room was very clean, and we had absolutely no issues with noise—we couldn't hear our neighbors at all.
Great nearby cafe: We didn’t have breakfast included, but there is an authentic Italian cafe right nearby frequented mostly by locals. You can get a very tasty breakfast there for a relatively cheap price.
The Superior room and bathrooms: We rented two rooms for our stay (one standard and one superior). The superior room was very spacious and featured two small balconies, giving it plenty of natural light. Additionally, the bathrooms in both rooms were nicely renovated and very modern.
Air conditioning placement: In the standard room, the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. We managed to solve this by blocking the air with the curtains, but it was not ideal.
Dark standard room: The standard room was located on the first floor with only one window facing a narrow street, which made the room a bit dark.
