Perfect for what I needed
Pros:

I stayed here for 1 night in July. Check in and check out were super smooth!
My room was exceptionally clean, super quiet and downright comfortable. The bathroom was clean, which is very important! The bed was comfortable!
All staff that I interacted with were professional and friendly!
Breakfast was good, with lots of hot and cold items to choose from.
Admittedly, parking was a bit odd here. There's lots of parking, but only 2 entrances to the hotel. Regardless of the entrance you use, you're going to have to walk a little bit. The hotel itself is long and there are no side doors.
There are lots of restuarants, both sit down and fast food style, within easy driving distance. Also, easy freeway access.
I will definitely stay here again!

Fine comfortable stay
Pros:

It has oatmeal - not the instant one. Good breakfast clean place. Staff was nice

Stayed two nights and they didn't clean between days - trash was a little full.

Negative staff review
Pros:

This place started out with a negative that could not be overcome by other aspects of the stay. After successfully checking in, I grabbed a luggage cart and started out to the car. I was immediately challenged for my selection of that cart (which was the only one that would take all our stuff to the room in one trip) by an assistant manager (not the receptionist). She said I could not use that cart because there was a bus coming in where they wanted to use the cart. After wrangling back and forth for several minutes, I finally took one of the other carts, of a different design, and made two trips to get everything in the room. That very negative encounter left me with an anger that I could not get over, therefore, my low rating of this Hampton Inn.

I read your self-serving response, which made me even angrier. I just reposted my entire review above to your web review solicitation. Good riddance to Hampton Inns.
