Terrible hotel

Avoid this swamp at any cost because this place and service is awful. We got 3 nights booking but we couldn't stay longer than 2 nights. Every night there was drunk people shouting, swearing, smoking in corridors, I asked receptionist 2 times to sort it out. But nothing changed those people just shouted and swore on receptionist, hotel staff didn't call any security or police to calm down those people. I didn't feel safe there. Hotel didn't offer any other room, they didn't do anything. For hotel staff everything was ok, like it happens everyday. After sleepless night, early in the morning I went to receptionist again and asked for money refund, I completed some form and after few hours I got email with rejection and 20euros coupon. I've paid 126 euros for 3nights for this terrible place. Only because I had genius 3 level discount, full price without discount was around 180€, for what such a big price!? I stayed only 2 nights because of this incident and they gave back only 20 euros coupon.
Room was very poor condition and old, beds very uncomfortable, there is no air to breath in room it stinks of cigarettes and old carpets.

Kambaryje buvo viskas, ko reikia. Personalas malonus ir paslaugus. Gausus maisto pasirinkimas pusryčiaujant.

Cons:

Mums tai nebuvo problema, bet užkliuvo, kad šalies sostinėje esančiame viešbutyje TV rodo TIK 2 lietuviškus kanalus (LRT ir LRT Plius), o rusų ir lenkų kalbomis jų gal 10.
