宿泊特典で館内レストランで使えるドリンクチケットが部屋に置いていましたが、宿泊の日はレストランの店休日でした。店休日の時は回収していて欲しいなと感じました。

スタッフが丁寧でとても感じが良い｡部屋は広めで収納も多い｡浴室設備は古いが、メンテナンスされており、清潔で、必要な要素は揃っている｡館内で食事をとることもできるが、向かいのモールのフードコートは選択肢が多く、平日であれば混雑もなく広々としていて楽しめる。

息子が宿泊で連れて行ったけどスタッフの対応もとても良く、ビジホの中でも綺麗で掃除もいきとどいていると思う。
部屋も広く、お風呂も広い方で綺麗だった。
食事も美味しかったと言っていて所沢行く時はまた宿泊したいと言っていました。

部屋が広くて清潔。ベッドも大きくマットレスの寝心地もよくて、枕が変わると寝られない方だが比較的よく眠れた。お風呂も大き目で、シャワーも４段階で切り替えが出来て、終始快適に過ごすことが出来た。所沢に用事がある時は、また利用したいと思います。

所沢駅近くで便利。朝食も美味しい。惜しいのは、ダブルを2人で寝るにはベッドが狭い事と、浴室が臭う。
でも便利なのでまた利用すると思う。
