The Jordans' Stay at The Hilton Grand Inn
Pros:

We loved how pleasant, friendly and helpful all of the staff were towards us.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that the small fridge was inside of a cupboard, or the fact that there wasn't a microwave on the room that we could use. It would also have been nice to have a washing machine and dryer in our room, so that we didn't have to go to the laundromat around the corner.

Housecleaning just open my hotel door without knocking or alerting me and I was naked straight from the shower ..very we

I did not feel comfortable because a housecleaning just open my door trying to enter did not even knock or even try to let me know she is coming inside and I was naked trying to dress up .. that was so uncomfortable and it makes me not feeling myself in the room because my mine keep thinking another person can come in and am not safe …. A big hotel like Hilton should do well and train staffs how to knock before even tapping their card to enter the room…this happens this morning around 10am on 01/April/2026
