Olor a humedad en la habitación y pasillo. Colchón pésimo, se hundía demasiado.
Poca comunicación entre funcionarios.
Cuando llegué me cobraron IVA y desayuno.
Al momento de hacer el check out me querían volver a cobrar el desayuno, indicando siempre que yo estaba confundida. Luego de bastante insistencia corroboraron que ya estaba pago.
