Highlander Hotel

The room's need updating, a door was off it's hinge and a wardrobe door as well, bedside cabinet draw front came off when I opened it, carpet was stained, bathroom definitely needs upgrading. It is a lovely size room.
Was disappointed that the pub was not doing meals on a night cos that was one of the reasons we picked again to stay there. I think it is over priced.

The price was way overpriced. poor breakfast very fatty and oily, everything outdated the table we had in our room was literally on the floor

Bathroom door was fully glazed and had no lock. Mattresses were as thick as a towel. Kettle had mould inside. Windowsills were rotten and hanging, no lift and the room we booked wasn't available so we were downgraded and no refund!

Bedding not fitted or pressed very cheap cloth badly needs updating a doog clean and decorating set English breakfast no other oppositions

Lots of steps to reach promenade, room unkempt and unusable kettle

Nothing that would prevent me booking again, the building is old so has age related wear but it's a great base for the area.

Iako je soba jako čista, miris u hodniku hotela (mešavina vlage, prašine, mirisa pasa ili slično), zapuštenost u izgledu hotela je nešto što bi trebalo popraviti. Pritisak vode, na tušu, na poslednjem spratu je jako loš. I kupatilu bi dobro došlo renoviranje. Takođe, pogled sa zadnjeg prozora nije nešto najdivnije (krovovi sa izmetom galeba). Verujem da je prednja strana mnoooogo bolja po tom pitanju, ako ostajete duže od dve noći.

The room could do with alot of modernising for the price paid i expected better. Small bath towels and the bathroom wasn't cleaned to an expected hotel standard. The canvas wardrobe was literally crumbling in places and no longer fit for purpose. The breakfast was very sparse and unfortunately not very tasty. The staff did the best they could but investment is desperately needed

No cooked breakfast as stated when booking which we questioned and told due to problems with kitchen it was cereal and toast only we were also not told this when rang hotel day earlier, parking you have 3 hour allocation then have to move the car and locate elsewhere this is up to 6pm then from 9am next day we were only told when we rang hotel it was free parking

Having to draw curtain when using bathroom as can see people passing on footpath, but we laugh about it as it is such value for money, it’s just a small thing, although could do with covering with that roll of stuff to make it frosted
