Great value
Pros:

This hotel is great value for money, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. It needs a bit of cosmetic attention in places but that is more than made up for by the price. Our room was very spacious and had a good selection of tea making facilities.

Cons:

The shower was a bit weak.

We really enjoyed our stay - this hotel has so much potential
Pros:

It is in an excellent location, the staff are super friendly and helpful.
The room was very spacious and the view was lovely.
Good selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.
Bar area great but seats need a refurbish.
Breakfast service good although small room in which breakfast is served.

Cons:

The bathroom is small and outdated … very noisy extractor fan and the tap leaked in the sink. Low pressure in the shower. Toilet loose and needs a soft close lid.
The floor boards in the rooms are very creaky, and the mattress on bed too firm (personal preference)
Room needs decorating and updating - has a lot of potential.
Bar prices expensive

Probably would of been better if the bath wasn’t broken

The building and staff was very nice

Cons:

The bath drainage had broken the day before out stay ,so we was unable to use the bath and there was an awful smell in our room we left very early in the morning due to the smell
