Our entire dance studio stayed here for a dance competition and the stay was fantastic!
Pros:

The front desk clerk was fantastic. We were traveling for a dance competition and weren't able to stay the second night and he was able to change our reservation since the online system wasn't working. I enjoyed the hotel, The small pool area was great. With three small kids it made it easy to keep them where they needed to be and keep it stress free.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more options. My kids are not a fan of waffles, so being that that's the only big breakfast option they had it was a downfall.

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There is always a good selection of foods to choose from.

Cons:

I have stayed at this location 6 or 7 times and have always been pleased that it is a quiet hotel. Not so this time and even though I called down to the desk, the staff did nothing. There were several kids on the 3rd floor where we were. They were approximately - 8 to 12 years old. They were running up and down the hallway. Screaming at each other and banging on the doors. I called down to the desk at 10:10 pm and the noise continued until almost 11:30 pm. I don't know where the parents were, but the parents did nothing. My husband went out in the hallway at 11:15 pm when the banging on the doors began and told them to knock it off and go to bed. They finally quieted down around 11:30 pm. Very disappointing and unnecessary.

I liked the hot free breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty.

I originally had room 212 but I had to ask for my first room to be changed because my door was open AND there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.
In room 208 it had a shower curtain but was dirty.

Someone else's hair was on the shower wall. Gross.

Pros:

We've stayed here many times. Very clean. Nice staff at check in.

Cons:

Seemed very noisy this stay. Our room had a remodel since our last stay. A walk in shower. No one thought to put any grab bars or towel rack to hang on to while in it. Poor lighting in the bathroom too. One light was bright and other dim making it difficult to see.
