My sons and I stayed overnight and it was a perfect stay and the area is great my sons shopped.
Pros:

I appreciate the shuttle service and complimentary breakfast that was a plus.

Cons:

It's not a dislike but I feel a little upgrade on the decoration would be a plus. Otherwise I love Five Times and the location is perfect.

Stayed here due to NYC blizzard so it served a purpose but would not return
Pros:

Chap on reception was welcoming

Cons:

Rude lady on reception who I (and others) were on the receiving end of. Breakfast very basic, no tea and coffee making facilities in your room they are just in Reception, hairs in the bath.

Close to some food places and shops. Tea and coffee supplied

Cons:

Poor breakfast choice and 2 members of staff were so rude and unfriendly. Although 2 others were so lovely. The bath plug didnt work, very very old and dated although clean. Everything is brown

Not much concern for guests in the unexpected emergency of the blizzard.
Pros:

Convenient to JFK

Cons:

Prices jacked up more than 2x with the blizzard. But they did nothing to try to provide for guests faced with no food. Even the vending machine took $5 for a coke marked $2.95.
They didn’t shovel out the entrance the the road.

Okay place to stay at best
Pros:

Comfortable bed & okay airport shuttle service. Chamber maids very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Definitely no onsite restaurant (as advertised on some booking sites. Also front of house staff not particularly friendly - just seemed stressed out!

Pros:

호텔위치가 공항과 가깝고 셔틀버스 운행이 되서 좋았습니다

Cons:

공항까지 운행된다고 안내된 셔틀은 federal circle 까지만 운행되서 약간의 아쉬움은 있었지만 셔틀운행 자체는 귀국길에
도움이 만이 되었습니다

Pros:

Very minimal. Was hoping for hard boiled eggs. Very small seating area. First was very warm by the tv area, then turned very cold. Toasted bagel was good

Fan and bathroom wasn’t working. There was no overhead lights and only two of the three lamps were working. Room was very dark and gloomy. Some wallpaper coming off the walls. But we only spend the night there and we were tired so it was fine. Driver picking us up drove well and got us there safe. But not very friendly and no conversation. Nighttime front desk, not friendly or welcoming.Morning driver was very friendly and accommodating as was the morning front desk, staff person
