Okay place to stay at best
Pros:

Comfortable bed & okay airport shuttle service. Chamber maids very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Definitely no onsite restaurant (as advertised on some booking sites. Also front of house staff not particularly friendly - just seemed stressed out!

Adequate. good location to airport
Pros:

Very minimal. Was hoping for hard boiled eggs. Very small seating area. First was very warm by the tv area, then turned very cold. Toasted bagel was good

Cons:

Fan and bathroom wasn’t working. There was no overhead lights and only two of the three lamps were working. Room was very dark and gloomy. Some wallpaper coming off the walls. But we only spend the night there and we were tired so it was fine. Driver picking us up drove well and got us there safe. But not very friendly and no conversation. Nighttime front desk, not friendly or welcoming.Morning driver was very friendly and accommodating as was the morning front desk, staff person

호텔위치가 공항과 가깝고 셔틀버스 운행이 되서 좋았습니다

Cons:

공항까지 운행된다고 안내된 셔틀은 federal circle 까지만 운행되서 약간의 아쉬움은 있었지만 셔틀운행 자체는 귀국길에

Great hotel for overnight airport stay!
Pros:

The staff at Five Towns is always incredible. I have stayed multiple times and it is my go to for overnight airport stays at JFK due to the price, location, free shuttle pickup and free breakfast. The breakfast is basic but free is great when you’re running to the airport. There is also a Burger King ten steps out the door and it’s cheaper for a bite compared to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The shuttle pickup is free and always prompt. The staff is exceptional. I was provided with a very late checkout option at one point due to a late late check in, they raided the breakfast closet the night before my flight because I was going to miss it the next morning and was hungry when I arrived, and they are all very thoughtful as well as friendly. I know if I need something, all I have to do is ask. I will continue using for my stays when traveling through JFK
