Chic but traditional city hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with quirky and clever interior decor, maps and mirrors made it feel quite grand.
Kind staff, particularly at check in.
Great breakfast - with ratatouille
Has it's own parking outside the hotel.
Room was incredibly well sound proofed from the outside.
A really good location.
Very comfy bed and good shower.

Cons:

A Spanish speaking member of housekeeping staff was extremely loud in the corridor outside my room in the mornings, this was a problem as I was trying to sleep.

Hormis les désagréments que j’ai subis un matin pour le petit déjeuner ( voir en dessous), tout le reste, était très bien, personnel, accueillant, souriant.
L’équipement de l’hôtel est très correct.

Cons:

La rigidité de la personne à la réception le mercredi à 6h20, et son manque de sens commercial.

je voulais prendre un petit déjeuner à 6h20, et on m’a refusé parce que ça démarrait à 6h30 alors que la veille on m’avez indiqué que c’était six heures.
Je comprends qu’il y a une heure de fin et de début, mais il y a une façon de dire les choses.
Ceci étant il aurait pu me laisser prendre un café et un petit en-cas puisque tout était déjà servi.

Hochwertiges Ambiente und gute Ausstattung.

Stylish, sehr sauber

Cons:

Kellner beim Frühstück etwas stressig.
Es gab leider nur Pappbecher für die Espresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer. Lösung: man nimmt einfach das schöne Porzellan-Tässchen, wo die Zuckerpäckchen dargeboten werden.

Hotel Park Hotel Mcgallery.
Pros:

Needed for an overnight stay, after visiting a friend.
The check in was pleasant and professional.
I was also asked if I would have wanted to add breakfast or stay for dinner which was not included.
I had a drink at the bar which was quiet and with relaxing ambience .
The room I have chosen was a single occupancy, at the end of corridor which I appreciated for the silence around.
I had wonderful sleeping with no sounds at all from the corridor and from a road just behind the hotel.
Bed was very comfortable and I loved the nespresso coffee machine in my room.
The hotel is situated next to a park, near Chavant tram station and around 25 minutes walking from train SNCF station.
I had a good experience overall.

Petite pépite au cœur de Grenoble et à 5 minutes à pieds du palais des sports !
Le personnel est souriant et disponible, la literie est confortable et les produits CLARINS , un vrai luxe.
Petit déjeuner de grande qualité !
On reviendra sans hésiter.

Super hôtel horaires du room service à revoir.
Pros:

Tout était parfait avec un excellent petit déjeuner largement au dessus du lot 👍

Cons:

Rien. Sauf peut être un room service qui ouvre trop tard et ferme trop tôt. 19h à 21h45. Trop tard pour aller au concert à 20h et trop tôt pour manger quelques choses après le concert. Dommage !!!

Je recommande en évitant petit déjeuner en salle et restaurant en salle

La décoration et d’avoir pu garder une vraie identité à ce vieil établissement

Cons:

Le mobilier plus précisément les assises pour le restaurant, et le petit déjeuner sont vraiment très inconfortables, le seul bémol du séjour
