This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, you step out of the train and find yourself right in front of the hotel.
The staff are truly exceptional. Not only are they highly professional, but they genuinely care about your experience, making sure you feel happy both in the hotel and while exploring Gstaad. We stayed for two nights and felt wonderfully looked after throughout our stay.
The breakfast features top-quality Swiss products and is a real highlight.
A special thank you to the General Manager, François, who personally assisted us in organizing a beautiful bike tour — an unforgettable experience. Everyone at the hotel, from the waiters and technicians to the reception team and management, showed genuine care and attention.
Overall, a perfect 10/10. If you are in Gstaad, Berner Swiss Quality Hotel is definitely the place to stay..

Overall the hotel was quality and in a great location.
Maybe it's the Gstaad vibe but I feel some staff could be friendlier to the guests and towards each other.
