Great stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was quality and in a great location.

Cons:

Maybe it's the Gstaad vibe but I feel some staff could be friendlier to the guests and towards each other.

Location, staff, restaurants: location at beginning of Promenade, next to train station (train takes 10-14 min to ski)
Staff: friendly & helpful
Restaurants: all 4 restaurants top quality; Swiss. Mediterranean merits a Michelin star, Chinese outstanding, Italian/pizza - best thin crust pizza
A note on ski: Saanenmöser 10. -14 min by train then 4 min walk to gondola

De ligging en het Chinese restaurant

Cons:

Verschillende zaken, wat mij het meest stoorde was dat ik een flesje water had meegenomen van de kamer voor de terugweg, receptioniste heeft mijn auto gestopt om het water terug te vragen, ongelooflijk maar waar!
