The modern feel, big clean rooms
I understand completely we are not in the uk however the hotel seems to cater to everyone but English, not a single English tv channel and old TVs so not possible to connect a phone, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which for me is just standard, lifts take too long for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Breakfast although a lovely selection of continental food, the hot food wasn’t even warm, cold beans, cold eggs, and all the staff besides the young dark haired lady on reception when we arrived who is lovely, were rude, dismissive, un accommodating, I wouldn’t return to the hotel personally I think a lot could be improved

Was not a big issue but I founded a bit strange not have slippers, bathrobes and body lotion for example in such big hotel will be very nice and extra touch.....
