The staff were so friendly, we did not eat at the hotel so cant rate the food.
the pool area was so pretty and had lots of sun beds and tables to sit with a lovely bar serving drinks and food.
The room was very clean, modern with a huge bed.The location for us was brilliant,close to Torreveja and a short drive to the sea front.

La salle de sport ,les équipements sont en mauvais état,pas de fontaine à eau,rien pour désinfecter les appareils
Always clean, good air-conditioning, good food and drinks
Underground car park is tight to manoeuvre but this is just to find something I did not like.... oh and the bath towels are too small could do with bath sheets

Cobraban la toallas de la piscina y hasta había que dejar una garantía de 20 euros por ella, nunca me había pasado. El desayuno muy caro (otros 20 euros por un buffet no muy variado).

Todo perfecto si le tengo que poner algún pero faltan percheros en la habitación para poner toallas. Hay secatoallas pero al llevar bañadores y tener que secarlos no había sitio para poder secarlos

Ligzetels werden door het personeel doorgegeven, terwijl die personen beneden gingen eten met als uitleg: Er worden geen stoelen gereserveerd.Zoiets vind ik spijtig!!!
Front desk staff are a credit to the hotel. They fully appreciate they are the invaluable to creating an initial extremely important impression of the hotel on the guests arrival. I found all the staff exceptionally friendly and extremely welcoming.

The bed was super comfy. The pool, the view and the bar in the pink cafe area were amazing. Food was very good.
In Spain, we enjoy sitting outside in the sunshine for all mealtimes. However, a very abrupt, rude blonde waitress at breakfast would not let us take our breakfast outside? We can only assume she did not want the extra work of clearing outside tables as well as the inside tables. Not happy about this as we come to Spain to enjoy the weather and sitting outside.
