Excellent customer service and well maintained hotel

Cons:

The top floor bar was closed and the other bar did not serve cocktails and nearly every day we had to ask for more toilet rolls, I would have expected more from 4 star hotel.

Great spa hotel
Pros:

Great hotel comfy bed only thing is pillows not great but rest of hotel good, great venue with bars in front of hotel but not noisy at all. We had the spa access and great massage

Not as expected
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and food was nice. Great views over the salt lakes.

Cons:

Roof top bar not opened until June and the other bar does not serve cocktails, we were not aware until we arrived. No entertainment on at nights, we wpuld have expected more for a 3 star hotel. We had booked a room with a double bed however when we arrived the room had 2 singles. We stayed for 6 nights and nearly every day we had to ask for additional toilet rolls.

Сама гостиница не плохая и завтрак тоже ,но чистота это ужас .Остановились в одном номере ,там было много волос на полу чужих и ванной комнате ,потом так получилось что остались еще на один день ,только в другом номере ,а там на стене кто-то вытер свои сопли и персонал это не убрал ,пока мы не сказали ,такой себе дизайн номера,еще туалет был не помыт ,от чего-то искусства .Ну убирать надо лучше !!!!!Бассейн хороший ,и еще когда пошли на ужин ,который в ходил в стоимость ,нам дали карту с ценами ,а не как всем гостям отеля ,мы заказали ужин нам сказали платить ,но мы не платили ,это была ошибка персонала ,нужно было спросить гости вы отеля или ресторана,они этого не сделали ,но ситуацию потом выправили ,мы так не заплатили за ошибку персонала и это хорошо ,потому что нужно спрашивать какой номер ,и давать карту ужина гостиницы .
