If you're looking for a quaint, boutique hotel with an accommodating staff that is walkable to retail and dining, THIS is the place to stay.

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for its service and location. The staff was very friendly.

Onder was extremely helpful from the moment I booked the reservation until the moment we left. He contacted me several weeks in advance to ensure our accommodations would be satisfactory since my husband uses a wheelchair and cane. Additionally, he arranged transportation from airport to hotel, then hotel to Port of Istanbul.

The food was uniquely Turkish and the rooms were clean.

The best part was the location. Despite my husband needing the use of a cane, we were able to walk a few blocks to many, many dining and shopping options.

We had a fantastic three-night stay here (£205), made truly special by the incredible team—especially Onder. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome and attention to detail stood out. Onder was simply amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always happy to go the extra mile. He really made us feel at home.

The room itself was stylish, spotless, and comfy, with a great mini-bar, quiet air con, and a handy elevator for easy access (a bonus with luggage!).

A couple of small tweaks—like slow Wi-Fi at peak times and more hot breakfast options—would make it flawless, but Onder’s kindness turned these into minor blips.

We’ll absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel for its heartfelt, top-notch service

Muy bien situado. A pesar de estar cerca de una zona muy concurrida, es silencioso incluso los fines de semana. Muy buen servicio por parte de los empleados y recepcionistas. El desayuno es tipo buffet, pero normal de variedad

Otele girişte çok iyi karşılandık. Erken gitmemize rağmen odamız hazırdı ve hemen girişi yaptık. Çalışanlar, özellikle İsmail bey ve Aynur hanımın güler yüzlülüğü, samimiyeti, ilgisi çok memnuniyet vericiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Otelin konumu harika, her yere yürüme mesafesi. Odalar tertemiz ve sıcak. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Aileniz ile hiç düşünmeden konaklaybilirsiniz.

2 gece kaldığım oteli konum, temizlik, kahvaltı, internet erişimi, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personeli ile herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim. Özellikle İsmail Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim.

Worst breakfast.

Pros:
Excellent location: Near Taksim Square and Galata tower. Near good restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport. Near Metro station, tunnel, tram, bus. Ferry terminal is 10 mins away.

English - speaking staff: the staff can help you with everything and are very friendly.

Breakfast- decent breakfast spread but its same daily.

cons:
no window in room: the room we stayed in did not have a window opening outside. therefore we did not like to stay in the room for long.
the bed is a double bed - 2 single beds joined. good for 2, not for 2 adults and a child.
the room felt small.

This hotel is located at a walking distance from both Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Their rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast did not have a lot of options but enough to start the day. Also, good to keep it light before you head out because of the great food joints around the place. Overall I’d rate this 5/5 for giving value-for-money especially with its prime location.

We got the offer for an Upgrade to our room. We agreed. Room was located to the backyard. One of the ugliest saddest views ever. The same view had to be endured during breakfast. Apart from that the smell of fried fat entered the room every evening despite closed windows. One good thing was the location: Central, urban, vivid neighbourhood

Excellent location. Close to major markets and all modes of transport. Great eating joints are in close proximity. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The hotel has a lift. Breakfast is nice with reasonable vegetarian options. Staff is cordial and friendly.

Good place to stay. Close location to the Center, to metro, etc. Rooms are good but some equipment doesn’t work well (high shower didn’t work). It’s our second time in this hotel and we definitely will stay there again as it is optimal cost/quality rate.

I stayed in this hotel for four days, I had a great time. Very clean and the location is excellent, close to the metro stop and close to the main street. Very friendly staff, Onder, Esmail and Mehment were always very helpful. I also used the shuttle service from the airport. All perfect. I recommend it for your stay in Istanbul.

I’m requesting for refund for the two nights that we were staying due to the fact that this hotel it’s not a 4 stars hotel it should be considered a two star hotel. They have disco downstairs with the music on until three in the morning very noisy the lobby smells the toilet was leaking Carpet was all dirty pretty much very old hotel and the money was not worth it to spend so please make sure I get my refund back. Thank you greatly appreciate it.

Fue una cantidad cuando se reservo y no la respetaron cuando hicimos el check out, cobraron cantidades de más, casi 200 euros por 3 noches. Además nos salieron chinches en el cuarto y lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación a una suite, aunque ya no se durmió igual.

The service was very good all of the employees were so friendly and helpful, I had a really good greeting and the reception helped me a lot. In total it was good experience for me in Istambul

Very friendly staff especially the receptionist Onder. They make you feel at ease and in safe hands. Very helpful and respective. The rooms are comfortable and nice. All the receptionists are great and most friendly.
