Bom hotel, mas com ressalvas.
Pros:

Gostei muito da parte da cozinha, tem funcionários atenciosos lá e a comida é boa e diversificada. O quarto é confortável, tudo funcionou corretamente. Achei a equipe de limpeza muito boa, pois o quarto estava limpo e cheiroso. O local é bastante centralizado e perto de muito pontos turísticos de João Pessoa e adjacentes...

Cons:

Na recepção, achei alguns atendentes apáticos e dispersos. Senti a ausência de segurança, pois uma pessoa entrou no hotel, ficou na recepção pedindo ajuda financeira e nenhum funcionário presente na recepção ( 4 homens ) tomou alguma atitude .Da mesma forma, podemos falar da piscina que fica em uma área exposta para área externa do hotel sem poderia ser uma situação que deixasse as pessoas na recepção expostas. Algumas áreas também não possuem identificação visíveis, como a área de jogos e academia.
