Dommage que le restaurant n'était pas encore ouvert.
It might look really good on the pictures and have probably also done that but must be long time ago. But today in 2021 the hotel is dilapidated and most it is out of order. There is no bar/lounge and restaurant because it’s closer so the nearest place to have beverage or food is like 20 min away. The pool area is dirty and a unpleasant so not a place you want to stay. The rooms and beds is old and worn, the balconies is directly dangerous because of rotten boards and rusty nails sticking out so also now pleasure. And as if it's enough the personal is rude and untrustworthy don’t tell the truth and ignore you totally when you what to complain of above. So ended up leaving the hotel after just on night even that we have booked more.
Lovely hotel; nice staff, but some speak little English. Rooms ok, but need updating. No air con. Pool nice and clean. Breakfast good. Would stay again.
couloir bruyant dans l'ensemble séjour agréable
Très Bon hôtel
Accueil super
Situé à 22 kms de Malaucène pour Monter le Ventoux = belle mise en jambe
Good experience helped by Remy coming out to rescue us at night.
Belle propriété, bel hôtel, grand parking. Bonne situation pour visiter la région.
Un peu cher quand même...
Great hotel. Awesome meals at the hotel, which are a very reasonable price. I only wish they had air conditioning. They had tennis, table tennis, and a pool, which the kids loved.
This was a last minute decision to drive to Provence for the weekend. There were very few hotels available, but I chose the Hotel Cote Ventoux because it had a swimming pool. I'm glad I did as the hotel was excellent, good location, comfortable room, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, a beautiful courtyard for dining al fresco by the pool and the food was superb.
Good service and kind people
Good stay. Nice room. Very clean & tidy.
Bit of an odd one this. On the face of it a good hotel. Modern build with an old fashioned look about 1km walk from a small town with a couple of bars and restaurants. Nice pool. Big sun terraces on our rooms and a pretty courtyard for an evening drink. There's no air-con which makes it a bit stuffy but the quiet location means you can sleep with the windows open with no problems. However before you rush off to book, you need to know some things that the website doesn't tell you. 1) I picked this hotel because it advertised itself as 'for cyclists' with rentals available. It doesn't. Reception give you a pamphlet for a cycle shop in Bedoin, 15km away. They will delivery to the hotel but only if you have pre-arranged, not at last minute (despite 2 enquiries where I was told that cycle hire was arranged 'on arrival') We drove 15km to Bedoin to pick up a bicycle in an exercise that we could have done quite independently of the hotel. 2) The cycle storage facilitates are 3 rooms in an outhouse with lights that don't work and shared keys kept in the open at reception. Not terribly secure. 3) The restaurant was closed unless you were part of an organised tour. Didn't know this when we booked. 4) The whole place simply shut down on Sunday night. We appeared to be the only residents and they just closed everything. No-one on reception, bar locked, lights off etc. All of this was frustrating as on paper its a great place to stay for a long weekend of cycling in the mountains.
The hotel itself is very nice, in a laid back kind of way.
The reception was un-manned on our arrival, but only because we were very late arriving; but the hotel had called whilst we were en-route to let us know the arrangements and gate code for our arrival.
The triple room, was very clean and tidy, with a good sized bathroom, and 3 normal sized single beds. There was no air conditioning in our room.
We had breakfast at the hotel on one day out of the two days that we stayed, which was a continental self service breakfast. Fresh food was constantly being brought out, so it was plentiful for us, and it was all nicely presented.
The lack of personnel on reception seemed to be a reoccurring thing during our stay, but this didn't create any issues.
There are no facilities at the hotel to eat or drink outside of the breakfast hours, and there were no drinks making facilities in our room, so this is my only very small gripe.
The grounds to the hotel were simple but nice.
There is a small-ish swimming pool at the back of the hotel with sunbeds around it, plus tables and chairs that are left out all day.
There is plenty of parking at the front of the hotel, with gates that closed each evening, giving a good level of security.
The hotel was perfect for our needs, fridge in room, private full size balcony with table and chairs to enjoy our own breakfast outside, great pool for chilling out after a long ride. Situated within walking distance to St. Didier village center where there are several very good restaurants to choose from. Great riding variety with good climbing, flat, or rolling, as suites your mood. Lots of easy parking and bike storage too - Perfect!
Very nice hotel, great food and location.the only low score was bed comfort and hard pillows not as good a expected..staff were excellent..wifi was intermittent
