予約が勝手に取消されていて泊まれなかった。

A fuir à tout prix
Pros:

Réservation 11 h 30 arrivée 15 h personne; résa automatique impossible d'entrer, non reconnu. Téléphone "Normal je n'ai pas entré votre résa n'étant pas là, je viens à 17h point". L'informatique au stade du Minitel. "Que dois-je faire en attendant" "Rien à f. !!!" Retour 18 h, 5 clients attendent depuis 1 h (la réception est supposée être ouverte à 17 h). Appel de la direction via l'établissement de Brest. 30 min après une femme de service en vacances et qui n'y est pour rien nous fera entrer. Deux heures de musique (festival) fusillées. Chambre correcte, clim en panne depuis longtemps (imprimé poussiéreux le signalant). Plus jamais
Ps : je n'ai JAMAIS mis un tel commentaire sur aucun site d'évaluation et j'espère ne jamais être obligé de recommencer, mais là ça passe toutes les bornes.

Pros:

L’hôtel est correct pour le prix surtout en plein mois d’août, il est situé assez proche de la ville. Cependant le manque d’information sur les réservations (2 nuits et 1 seul apparaît sur l’écran de la borne ce qui peut surprendre et vous affolez un peu nous avons pris un autre hôtel pour la nuit suivante car aucune information sur cela et personne ne répondait au numéro de service, au final c’était normal...) A part cela la literie était assez confortable.

Pros:

It is run down, advertised as having air conditioner but was told when we arrived that it was broken. It was an individual unit...so I asked if we could have a different room and was told they are all broken. The room itself looked clean but we opted to leave without checking in.
