Basic hotel convenient to go to Iguazu falls
Pros:

It is close to a lot of restaurants. The room was big and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was good as well. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast is not very good. In the evening, our toilet was plugged and we asked for help at the reception. No one came, they said "tomorrow morning" and they gave us a plunger and towels as a solution. Luckily, we were leaving the next morning. Also, we found someone else's hair on the floor the day we arrived.

Clean and comfy
Pros:

The front reception was very nice, especially a lady that works the front. She was very kind and always had a smile. I wish I knew her name.
The room and hotel was always clean. The room was spacious. Elevators worked great.
Nice central location in town close to stores and restaurants.
I would easily stay here again.

Cons:

Shower could use more water pressure.
Breakfast could use more items. Most items were breads and cakes.
TV was old. I couldn't get YouTube or Netflix.

No permiten prestar cargadores de celular porque te los venden, justo no tenían el tipo c para vender, tampoco les permitían prestar, me pareció pésimo.

O café da manhã é excelente. A localização também muito boa.

Cons:

Não gostei do atendimento dos funcionários nem todos, muito despreparados deveriam esclarecer como é o funcionamento do hotel. Os quartos só dispõem de água quente no chuveiro. Os controles do ar e da televisão não funcionavam, pedi pra trocarem as pilhas não foram no quarto fazer a troca e nem deram satisfação, depois descobrimos que não faziam serviço de quarto.
Muito barulho por parte dos hóspedes, até altas horas, perguntei para recepção sobre barulho o funcionário que estava no local me respondeu bem mal educado. "Que o barulho pararia no mesmo horário da noite anterior", na segunda noite entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp porque o telefone do quarto nao estava funcionando, até agora nao me responderam.
Enfim não recomendo e nao retornarei.
