Cons:

Um dos hospedes teve de mudar de quarto a meio. Havia muito barulho de uma máquina de ar condicionado.

Depois, na quarta-feira, mudaram-no para outro quarto, num andar mais alto e, a meio da noite nesta última noite, teve uma surpresa desagradável ao encontrar várias baratas na casa de banho. Avisou a receção e foi a governanta lá e confirmou - saiu nesse momento.

Limpeza precisa de ser melhorada. Quartos remodelados estão excelentes mas se não houver limpeza, de nada serve.

Wc não estava limpo Aquando da chegada.
Lustre o quarto caiu durante a noite, por sorte não estava por cima da cama, caso contrário cairia por cima de mim.
Depois de concertarem o lustre, não efetuaram a limpeza do quarto que ficou totalmente sujo.

La posizione è strategica posta fra le spiagge di Copacabane e Ipanema che quindi sono facilmente raggiungibile entrambe a piedi, molti ristoranti nella zona.

Cons:

Purtroppo le finestre non erano adeguate e insonorizzate; si sentiva giono e notte tutto quello che avviene per strada con grave pregiudizio del sonno.
La doccia...pavimento scivolosissimo e molto pericoloso.
Inoltre per i miei giudizi parto dal massimo che è 10 ma ho deciso di non assegnare mai un giudizio di 10 a qualsiasi struttura anche quelle più blasonate per la perdita ormai generalizzata del "gesto di buona ospitalità" che può essere anche un benvenuto con una banale bottiglia di acqua da bere gratis .
