Localização excelente, funcionários muito bem treinados e educados. Recomendo bastante.
Infelizmente durante a estadia, na rua da frente tinha 2 geradores do hotel vizinho que ficavam ligados 24hs o que gerava um barulho enorme, impossibilitando usar a varanda ou abrir a portas.

Good location. Comfortable rooms.
Unfortunately there is a very large generator running all night on the opposite side of the road. We were on the top floor of tower two and still couldn’t sleep due to the noise. We also stayed just two minutes around the corner at another hotel and had no noise issues.

L'attribution à d'autres clients de la chambre avec lits jumeaux réservée 6 mois auparavant. Nous avons dû écrire au service clients de Booking qui a été très réactif, mais la chambre se trouvait du côté de l'hôtel où il y avait des travaux de nuit dans la rue, le coffre était défectueux et à dû être remplacé, quant à la porte-fenêtre, elle ne fermait pas.

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel. La mejor.
Esta es segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel y la habitación que nos tocó estuvo mucho mejor. Renovada y súper cómoda. El hotel al parecer tiene un ala antigua que tiene habitaciones regulares. Ojo con eso.
El desayuno es un poco caro. Preferimos tomarlo en otro lugar cercano al hotel.

All the staff super professional and friendly. Beds really comfortable super clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious lots of variety.
The elevator does not go to the rooftop. About 20 stairs if you are travelling with older people or have knee issues . You dont get to enjoy the roof top
