Excellent séjour, nous recommandons cet hôtel!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de l'établissement ainsi que son emplacement pratique, proche des transports et des lieux touristiques de Casa. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Niente, unica cosa che se arrivi con la macchina hai il parcheggio

La struttura è fatiscente, le camere sono tenute malissimo con sporcizia ovunque la vasca era mal pulita con residui dentro pure i copri lampade fanno cagare da quanto sono sporchi, lasciamo stare tutta la parte della cucina, non ho avuto il coraggio di toccare niente. La camera che avevo prenotato su Booking non era quella che mi hanno dato, ovviamente più schifosa. All' 1 di notte ci viene a bussare un signore dicendo di lavorare per l' hotel e di farlo entrare nella camera perché aveva dimenticato qualcosa che sinceramente non abbiamo capito cosa fosse, fatto sta che non l'abbiamo fatto entrare. Mentre lui insisteva da fuori la porta abbiamo provato subito a contattare la reception per chiedere aiuto ma non era riportato neanche il numero della stessa quindi non avevamo neanche riferimenti per chiamare qualcuno. ESPERIENZA SURREALE E TERRIBILE

Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, quarto com instalações antigas e ar condicionado quebrado

Quarto estava bem arrumado e amplo, bom espaço.

Cons:

Ar condicionado quebrado, o funcionário disse que chamou um técnico pra arrumar mas não teria como e não teria como me realocar porque estava com lotação máxima, tive que dormir com a janela aberta com calor de 30 graus sem ventilador ou ar funcionando

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : il est proche de tout (commerces, transports, attractions), ce qui a grandement facilité nos déplacements.

Le service était super du début à la fin. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe : le staff est très agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils ou rendre service.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage !
