Cet hôtel avec cette équipe ou rien
Pros:

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Karim à la réception. Je m'étais perdue et j'étais complètement à bout de forces. Il m'a super bien guidé par téléphone, et en me voyant épuisée et énervée, il m'a même proposé de rester où j'étais pour venir me chercher ! Ses explications étaient tellement claires que j'ai fini par retrouver mon chemin tout seule, l'hôtel est a 2 secondes du Boulevard : j'étais juste à 3 minutes à pied!
​La chambre était immense et superbe surprise : elle avait une vraie cuisine avec réfrigérateur et frigo pour mon insuline. Même dans les chaines d'hôtels y a pas.
​Le lendemain au check-out, le monsieur à l'accueil et l'équipe du ménage étaient d'une gentillesse incroyable. Franchement, un personnel aussi humain et chaleureux, ça fait plaisir. Je recommande à 100 % et plus tabaraka Allah. Merci a toute votre équipe. Vous êtes exceptionnels

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the hotel looked completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The floor was dirty and sticky, and even the reception desk felt dirty and unpleasant to touch. Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained and much less clean than we had expected.

When we entered our room, we saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. The beds were covered in stains, and the silicone joints in the bathroom were visibly covered with mould.

We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the hotel that we immediately went back to reception, returned our room keys, and left the hotel without staying the night.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel were far below an acceptable standard, and the photos on Booking.com did not reflect the actual situation.

Hotel datato in pieno centro
Pros:

Posizione centrale e parcheggio gratuito riservato. Stanza ampia e con cucina attrezzata. Anche macchinetta per espresso!

Cons:

Struttura decisamente datata. Tende e tappeti da rinnovare. Colazione, a 100 dh a persona, non a buffet e servita in una stanza dove evidentemente la sera si può fumare.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens et c'était pour une urgence...J'ai prévenu le jour même de mon arrivée et le personnel a été au petit soin.
Chambre propre et confortable.
Mention spéciale pour Mohammed que je remercie pour sa confiance.

Poca organizzazione: siamo arrivati e ci hanno assegnato una stanza che non era ancora stata pulita. Poi ci hanno dato una stanza in cui le lenzuola erano vistosamente sporche di macchie gialle e segni neri. Dopo le nostre lamentele ci hanno dato un'altra stanza
