Hotel bien situé pour le tram
Pros:

La taille de la chambre; la réactivité du personnel, le ménage tous les jours et le change des draps.

Cons:

Cet hotel, bien que propre, n'est absolument pas luxueux ni boutique! Il n'y a ni pantoufles ni peignoir. Il y a une cuisine mais que est très mal équipée: ni poêle, ni casserole, ni torchon ou éponge pour faire la vaisselle; ni ustensiles, théière etc. Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait UN SEUL verre et deux petites assiettes. Nous avons dû demander une casserole et une théière, soit un minimum.! Il y a une bouilloire mais qui ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Il n'y a pas assez d'éclairage et une fois la nuit tombée, la chambre est très sombre. Impossible de travailler au bureau car on ne voit rien.
Bref, pas vraiment un appartement fonctionnel pour rester plusieurs jours

L'emplacement est absolumment idéal. L'accès au tramway facilite beaucoup la mobilité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le patron est très accueillant.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die Fotos sind trügerisch. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurden Bauarbeiten bis 22:00h durchgeführt. Das Personal log indem es diese Bauarbeiten auf ein Nebengebäude schieben wollte, obwohl es selbst die Bauarbeiten im selben Gebäude beaufsichtigte, wie sich herausstellte.
Wasserspülung in der Toilette reicht nur für einen Spülgang. Auf den 2. muss man mindestens 10 min. warten. Die Beleuchtung der Zimmer und des Badezimmers ist kaum ausreichend.

The central location was fabulous. Spacious rooms, nice breakfast, exceptional staff and Rasheed couldn’t have been more obliging! Highly recommended and we will return!

To re-state a warm and welcoming hotel with good facilities and good value.

Pros:

Location is very central other side of the park to the ex-Cathedral. A stones throw from Tram T1 stop, 15 minutes direct to casa voyages train staion Warmest of welcomes.and very very helpful staff. We were given a quiet large single family room, huge bath, shower and bidet. Comfortable bed ...and importantly comfortable hard and soft pillows :-). Room had a small kitchenette useful for boiling a kettle and large fridge freezer. Liked the Samsung Smart TV useful to cast from phone. Used the same day laundry service everything came back pressed, sorted and cellophane wrapped.

All in all very good value and I would definitely stay again.

Only nitpicking. Not much of a view from the small balcony and laundry was expensive
