For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Localização excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa, prestativa. Café da manhã ótimo. Seguro, deixei minha mala após o check-out por horas na recepção. Só não achei o colchão confortável mas no restante tudo muito bom.

A localização é muito boa, o hotel é próximo da praia de Copacabana e tem fácil acesso a outras regiões do Rio. O café da manhã era bom, apesar de não tão vasto. O atendimento foi muito cordial. O banheiro era grande e confortável.
A cama de casal não era muito confortável. Acredito que eram duas camas de solteiro que foram juntas, e isso fazia com que ficasse um ferro desconfortável bem no meio da cama. A TV também era bem antiga e pequena, além de não ser smart (ou seja, sem serviços de streaming).
Ótima localização, equipe super cordial, atenciosa e gentil. Café da manhã bem honesto, serviços e atendimento no geral foram positivos, cama confortável e bons travesseiros
Quarto fazia mais barulho de encanamento e isso atrapalhou o sono. Banheiro poderia ter uma iluminação melhor também. Acho que seria gentil deixar uma garrafa de água de cortesia para os hóspedes também.

Questões referentes a barulho... O isolamento acústico entre um quarto e outro não é muito bom. Também houve muito barulho da equipe da limpeza, arrastando camas e em um dos dias, com o telefone alto e tocando a todo momento!
