Me robaron cosas de la valija.

Tuve una experiencia horrible . Persona de limpieza del hotel me revisó la valija y me robaron ropa nueva que había comprado , aún con etiqueta, ropa carísima y no tuve ninguna respuesta de la institución, ninguna solución ni nada . Viajo mucho , no recomiendo en lo absoluto este hotel . Me robaron. La experiencia y la resolución es terrible . Estás de vacaciones . Y me revisaron la valija y me robaron al realizar la limpieza de la misma . No vayan a este hotel .

Um bom lugar para aproveitar o melhor de Copacabana.
Pros:

A localização é o ponto mais alto. No coração de copa, pertinho da praia e de bons restaurantes. Além disso, o hotel é muito bom.

Cons:

Teve um detalhe que me incomodou: havia confirmado com o hotel se haveria algum lugar em que poderia ficar trabalhando quando fizesse o checkout. Me confirmaram que poderia trabalhar no restaurante do hotel. No entanto, no dia havia um evento no restaurante e me orientaram a buscar outro local fora do hotel.

Localização e infraestrutura muito boas, mas valor elevado para um hotel que não é 5 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito agradável, próxima da praia, próxima de restaurantes, pontos comerciais, muito satisfatório. As camas eram confortáveis e tudo estava higienizado. A equipe foi muito educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Algumas coisas poderiam ter sido esclarecidas melhor como por exemplo o consumo de alimentos e bebidas que já estavam no quarto e que acrescentariam cobrança após (não foi informado que não estava incluso) e também no que diz respeito ao funcionamento dos cartões de entrada da porta e do ligamento da energia elétrica no quarto. Também poderiam ter informado melhor as opções das vistas das janelas.
