Localização e infraestrutura muito boas, mas valor elevado para um hotel que não é 5 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito agradável, próxima da praia, próxima de restaurantes, pontos comerciais, muito satisfatório. As camas eram confortáveis e tudo estava higienizado. A equipe foi muito educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Algumas coisas poderiam ter sido esclarecidas melhor como por exemplo o consumo de alimentos e bebidas que já estavam no quarto e que acrescentariam cobrança após (não foi informado que não estava incluso) e também no que diz respeito ao funcionamento dos cartões de entrada da porta e do ligamento da energia elétrica no quarto. Também poderiam ter informado melhor as opções das vistas das janelas.

Simplesmente sensacional. Qualidade e excelência no Rio de Janeiro.

Gostamos exatamente de tudo. O hotel tem um atendimento 5 estrelas, desde a entrada, passando pelo balcão de atendimento, restaurante (toda a equipe), pessoal da limpeza, arrumação, seguranças. A nossa empresa está presente em 22 Estados do país e podemos afirmar categoricamente que nunca presenciamos um atendimento nesse nível e padrão de qualidade. Um ambiente excelente, sentimos-nos como em nossa casa no Rio de Janeiro. Recomendo muito que vivam essa experiência.

Pros:

Fiquei decepcionada com o fato de não ter o café da manhã incluído na reserva.
Não é a primeira vez que isso ocorre. Fiquei constrangida, porque fiz reserva para um casal da família e o fato de não ter café da manhã foi muito chato.

Cons:

Da falta de informações na reserva.
Os dois casais ficaram em camas de solteiro.
