My wife n I stayed 2 days here n was treated perfectly. They have free breakfast n it’s delicious plus they have a casino in the same hotel. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good n decent place. I’ll comeback if I need another getaway,thanks.

We booked a room ove here because of its location. We were moving from one city to another, and it was located on a main road. I consider it a hotel just for a stopover, to rest and continue on your journey, or even if you're on a budget. The staff was very attentive. They gave us a room without towels or hot water, with very old furniture, but it was fixed and smelled of cigarettes. They forgot about the bathroom, though: dirty, stained, moldy, and broken. So I complained, and they moved us. It wasn't a surprise, as it was more of the same. This one already had towels and A/C, and it smelled less of cigarettes. I would give it a 2-star rating. We didn't use the amenities. This hotel is in a very good location, but it's run down.

Un hotel céntrico, seguro, cómodo, tiene lo necesario para una estadía en Santo Domingo, buen servicio por parte de los empleados, tiene desayuno incluido pero no es muy variado, habitaciones cómodas, hay casino y disco, así que no es del todo un ambiente familiar, si vas con niños muy chicos.

The hotel was nice for the price. BUT! I asked for room change in less than 36 hours: the WC of the 1st room was broken. The 2nd room didn’t have any hot water. The 3rd room had a water leak from the shower. The front desk service was slow but very willing to help. Would not repeat, the best thing was the location
