Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Really good location. The link with group where you get a 10% discount is good.
Enjoyed the salt water pool.
They apartment was large with good facilities.
The staff were extremely helpful, but due to their ongoing duties had to lock up the reception area at times which sometimes led to a delay accessing the area.

Cons:

The accessibility of 1st floor rooms and the reception was via steps which can be challenging with heavy suitcases or people with mobility issues.

Pros:

Hotel is in front of Four Season , 200 meters from the beach, and 200 meter from Takato restaurant. Staff at the check in was very kind .

Cons:

Old Hotel 2 floor , very old for forniture. zero electric spot in the room for to charge phone , very old restroom , AC machine is very old and very noice . Need invest and renovate everything. Under the pillows an electric cave..........never saw in my life. Nobody during the night. Windows old old and the insulation is non-existent.
I paid 505,00 euros for 2 nights , very expensive and zero services.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des restaurant et de la plage, ainsi que pour le petit dej. La piscine chauffée un un vrai plus ! Nous avons vraiment pu en profiter.
Serviettes changées tout les jours. Les chambres sont grandes.

La proximité de la plage

Cons:

On est arrivé et il n’avait personne à la réception. Nous sommes attendus une demi-heure qu’une femme bien nous accueillir de mauvais humeur.
Elle nous avait rien expliqué, je ne savais pas que l’hôtel avait de chaises de plage à emprunter par exemple. La seule chose que nous a « informé » est que si on était intéressé par le « early check-in » au coût de 40 dollars américains. Nous voulons partir à la plage donc on a dit non.
Même si on reste une seule nuitée, je crois que tous les clients méritent d’être bien accueillis.
Les gens comme moi et mon mari on était en vacances et pas besoin de passer pour une mauvais moment.Pas capable de nous informer les services del hôtel apparemment les gens habituelles connaissent tout mais nous était notre première fois.

Maggie, at the front desk during the day, is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I arrived early, after getting off of a cruise ship, and she had our room cleaned before the check-in time. There was a nice sitting area outside for us to stay while waiting for our room, and she stored our luggage in the office. We are seniors, and she helped us bring our luggage to our room when it was ready. We had a one-bedroom king suite for two nights, and it was very roomy, with a separate bedroom with a TV, and we liked all the black-out curtains. It was very quiet. The living room had another TV, table and chairs, a couch, and a kitchen with everything you would need. We had a view of the salt-water pool on the ground floor. There were many places to eat and/or pick up food close to the hotel, as well as not too far away walking along the ocean, as well as bars, some with live entertainment. We recommend Cafe Del Mar, with a singer and great food at a good price!

Cons:

There were many lights outside, and you could see some light under the curtains at night, although this didn't really bother us. It was noisy when people were in their room upstairs with their shoes on, but after taking them off it was okay. The second day, the girl cleaning the room only left us one clean hand towel and no washcloths.
