Pros:

Room was nice, comfortable with a view to the street. Large toilet. Everything clean. Staff was very kind and helpful, and location is great, close to avenida de mayo and avenida corrientes,

For the one night, it was fine. No frills, bells or whistles.
Pros:

Location was probably the best part about the property.

Cons:

Breakfasts were all carbohydrates for the most part. Would have liked some more protein other than sandwich meat. The room was not entirely clean - bathroom had other people's hair on the floor.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. Selection was so limited. Dried up pastries, stale bread, no fruits. No plant based alternative milk for coffee or cereal. Vegetarians need a bit more options please.

And if you wanted eggs, that’s an additional cost!!
Ugh.

Don’t even offer ‘breakfast’ if you can’t really deliver one.

Hotel needs a good cleaning and updating. Carpets are very shabby. Room needs new paint and a refresh.

Cons:

el desayuno no es bueno y los ascensores suena mucho cuando suben y bajan, las habitaciones muy pequeñas y los tv también.

Pros:

La habitación me pareció agradable y de alguna manera distinguida.

Cons:

No me gustó que cuando uno sale de la habitación se apaga automáticamente la mini heladera. Es importante contar con una heladera cuando uno viaja. En mi caso al ir con un bebé lo necesitaba para el agua y la leche pero no pudo cumplir la función.

Pros:

Really good value well located hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. You can easily walk from here to Plaza Mayor and the staff are professional and courteous.

Cons:

Small things like not being to have two key cards for the twin room. And charging to store luggage when returning to the hotel.
It's a busy hotel which needs formal policies but maybe a little more flexibility would be good.
