Mooie apartementen, maar slechte onderhoud

De apartementen zijn mooi, rustige locatie. Handig dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig was

Wordt niet grondig schoongemaakt na een verblijf, onderhoud is slecht, airco deed het niet, wasnachine ook niet. Voorzieningen in elk apartement zijn niet gelijk. Bij de ene is er wel een tv op de slaapkamer, bij de ander niet. Er zat keukenpapier tussen de ramen en schuifdeuren, vermoedelijk omdat de ramen en deuren niet goed geïnstalleerd zijn. Er mag zeker meer aandacht besteed worden aan het functioneren van alle elektrische apparatuur en aan onderhoud. Manager reageert direct op je klacht, maar heeft geen kaas gegeten van "excusus aanbieden voor het ongemak".

Fijne plek om op Curacao te verblijven
Pros:

Prima locatie, tegenover het strand van restaurant Pirate Bay en De Visserij. Royaal appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers.

Cons:

Helaas geen waterkoker en geen vaatwasser

Loved staying at Piscadera Harbour Villiage!
Pros:

Great location on the outskirts of Willamstad. You can see water from most units. It is near a nice little beach with services, not far to a large grocery store and only a few kilometers into downtown Willamstad. Not that far to the airport either.

Staff were helpful and the unit (c-4) was very nicely appointed. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped too.

Cons:

The QR code system on the entry gate can be quite frustrating especially in bright sunlight.

- Het appartement had alles, wasmachine, droger, strijkijzer. Het was goed uitgerust met van alles.
- Erg veilige locatie
- Rustig zwembad
- het appartement was erg ruim.

Cons:

- De badkamers hebben een update nodig. De badkamers mogen wat schoner. In de naden van de muur is zichtbaar schimmel dat makkelijk verholpen kan worden met bepaalde schoonmaakmiddelen en de muurschrobben. Daarnaast is de WC aan vervanging toe.

The secure it was.have to go to the port door scanning your barcode to go in with your car.

Cons:

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms was not cold.cant turn it down to cooling till 21. 1 of the ac in the living room needed service cause was not cooling and look dirty inside.in one of bathroom by the toilet the flush was like it came out the wall but they rubber glue it as the wall break off at the spot mention previous.

Unit was spacious and clean. Village was well cared for. Only negative is the abandoned buildings between the property and the water….eyesore that attracted people rooting through the building and walking on the roofs. Area could be great if that abandoned property was cleaned up and had a few shops or restaurants.
