Sehr nettes Personal - aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach nicht.
Pros:

Personal überdurchschnittlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprachbegabt, sprechen fließend zB Englisch und Deutsch. Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt in dem Hotel kein Frühstück, sondern man wird auf die Bar nebenan verwiesen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eigentlich inakzeptabel - ich habe pro Nacht knapp 300 Euro bezahlt für ein sehr schlicht eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Fliesenboden, zu wenig Steckdosen und keiner Beleuchtung am Schreibtisch.

La ubicación porque era cerca de mi oficina.

Cons:

Se escuchaba a partir de las 8:00 todas las obras del barrio, pero también la gente en el pasillo, la señora de la limpieza, etc. No vale 4 estrellas, muy estandar.

If the wish list is limited this is fine.
Pros:

Perfect location, parking space in Rome!! Clean, very zen, good plumming and hot waters spacious room

Cons:

Not enough sockets. Very strange zooming sound at inconvenient moments, such as wanting to sleep.
Noisy neighbours. No F&B.

Welcoming Staff
Pros:

The staff are so pleasant, welcoming and friendly.
The room was clean and lots of space
The shutters out the door helped keep it dark and so good sleep
It was located in a place that was convenient to where l needed to be

Pros:

Large modern room, staff were very welcoming and provided good recommendations on places to see, eat & arrange taxis and airport private transport.They were accommodating on providing an additional complimentary water bottle, when the one only one given was queried. They also accommodated storing our luggage after check-out until we were ready to go to the airport.

Cons:

Not many items provided expected with a 4 star hotel, only 1 water bottle offered, additional you need to purchase. No pod coffee machine, basic kettle with a few basic tea bags & instant coffee sachets. Not many eateries or bars near location.

You need 35 min to the city centre by foot or 15-20 by bus .
