According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Lugar ideal para viagens a negócio ou de lazer.
Pros:

Localização excelente, ao lado do melhor shopping center da cidade. Apartamento confortável com saleta com sofá e TV smart giratória, cama Queen confortável, roupa de cama impecável e travesseiros de pluma. Dispõe de amenidades como ferro e tábua de passar, cafeteira elétrica, cofre e frigobar abastecido com itens básicos. Café da manhã excelente com diversas opções de pães, proteínas, frutas e doces. Tratamento muito eficiente e cortês com o hóspede, dispondo de salas para eventos e/ou reuniões de trabalho. Área de lazer com piscina e bar, além de espaço fitness.

Foi a opção alternativa ao centro de Manaus, cidade que carece de infra e serviços de qualidade.
Pros:

Para quem não quer se hospedar no centro histórico abandonado de Manaus este hotel tem boa localização próximo a shopping e alternativas de restaurantes e bares.

Cons:

As instalações físicas e mobiliário de quarto não aparenta ser um quatro estrelas, assim como o café da manhã.

A good choice for a short stay with great staff, especially James
Pros:

Location was good. Hotel clean and staff helpful. Seamless check in and also allowed a late check out at no charge. Nice pool though no shaded areas. However, we MUST make special mention of a front desk staff member, JAMES. He is absolutely the most helpful and accommodating person. He went out of his way to assist us with translations, spoke excellent English, recommended places to eat; nothing was too much trouble. We have never experienced excellence on this scale. He is an asset to the hotel and he made all the difference to our stay

Cons:

EXTREMELY noisy as there are no soundproof windows. Breakfast was acceptable; same each day. Pool area was nice but no shade/umbrellas

A localização muito próxima ao shopping Manauara é um diferencial do hotel. Outro aspecto positivo além das instalações já bem avaliadas: o início do café da manhã às 06:00 horas foi ótimo para compatibilizar com o horário de saída dos passeios realizados na região de Manaus.
