Pros: The room was clean with the exception of a stain on the couch.
Cons: The water really leaked out of the shower and my floor mat was soaked when I got out of the shower. We also booked a Queen suite, and the bed was way smaller than a queen, maybe a full, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep with two people on the bed. The bed and pillows also were not the best, the matress was pretty rough and the pillows felt old and lumpy, and the comforter was pretty scratchy. The hotel was pretty dated, but over all not terrible.

Service was exceptional. Facility outdated and dirty. Chairs and window cushion had stains. Woke up to a Cockroach in the bathroom and one walking behind dresser near mini fridge. Ac had a weird smell in the morning. We cut our stay short.

I need refund. Where can I get it.
