Très bon rapport qualité prix, calme et bien situé, conforme à ce qu’on cherchait pour une nuit.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Très calme. Super bien situé, proche métro. De passage pour 1 nuit sur Toulouse, la chambre a fait le job (nous n’avons pas utilisé ni la kitchenette ni le frigo). Confort du lit et propreté convenables. Personnel accueillant.

Il est très bien placé ( le métro juste à côté). C'était très calme. La clim était très appréciable.

La literie du canapé, nous l'avons signalée et elle a dit qu'ils s'en occupaient.

Pros:

Mon expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. L’accueil à la réception ne m’a pas convaincue, j’ai trouvé l’attitude de la réceptionniste peu chaleureuse. L’hôtel est correct mais reste assez moyen, et je ne pense pas y retourner ni le recommander.

L’emplacement et le parking. Les appartements sont simples mais fonctionnels et propres

Cons:

La personne à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée le Jeudi 18/06 n’était pas aimable du tout… très désagréable d’être « accueillis » de la sorte
