Borderline Horror Movie

My First night i had stains everywhere, floors, doors, bed sheets and bed bugs. Switched rooms and had a massive spider web on the corner of the wall by my bed. Third night had a spider web behind my night stand and multiple roaches and a spider walk on the wall behind my bed frame.

I was told id get first night refund and parking (45 dollar hidden fee) refunded.


There were also tons of weird instances. I want my money back ASAP.

I CAME HERE FOR A IRONMAN RACE AND HAD 3 HOURS OF SLEEP FRIDAY NIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS ALL.

I know it was my fault for choosing something cheap since it was last minute but, I don’t think this building is good. T

Beach was wonderful, access was wonderful. Staff was very good.

Cons:

Rooms need some upgrades, elevator hangs up offen. Need better showers leaving the beach. Need small kitchen in rooms. The shower/ tub in the room is dangerous for older people. Probably need just a shower!.
