Great for location and access to the beach and if ur not gonna spend a lot of time in ur room
Pros:

Ever good location and right on the beach

Cons:

No turndown service the 3 nights we stayed. Beds are very uncomfortable. We found a dirty sheet. The tv didn’t work the first day/night and we had to ask 3 times to get someone to fix it

Le foto sul sito Booking non corrispondono al vero.
Molto trasandato, pieno di persone ubriache che la notte hanno fatto un baccano terribile; schiamazzi, urla, bottigliette rotte, etc…
Piscina non curata, lettini ed ombrelloni tutti rotti!
I responsabili dell’hotel non sono mai intervenuti, ed è questo che mi ha sorpreso negativamente.

Ok for a quick getaway
Pros:

The location is great. The views are phenomenal. My favorite was the swings around the tiki hut! The staff was very cordial. I enjoyed the ease of accessing the beach though some pathway lighting along the stairs would help.

Cons:

Vagrants and a lack of security cameras seems to be an issue. The building itself is dated. Doors do not close securely easily. The only TV available seems to be free Roku channels and the bed pillows need replacing.

It was exceptional, even though they were doing renovations
Pros:

Convenient to mostly everything. And mostly all rooms are ocean front.

Cons:

One of the office staff was rude when checking out to leave. It was very windy and cold. I had the luggage cart full and was going to leave it inside front lobby so I could walk across property to get car that I had to park across road due too no available parking in main parking lot. She was very hateful and told me no I couldn’t bring that cart inside lobby. I told her I didn’t want it to roll away and she stated it would be fine outside..

Staff is great, very friendly, rooms need renovation, great location.
Pros:

Location is great, the room itself is aged and shows wear. We asked to upgrade and get a room with beachfront view and the staff was great with this request.

Cons:

Room was aged and it showed, water marks on the ceiling from leaks from room above, door knob to balcony was installed backwards so a chain was the only thing to keep it shut (no worries, i fixed that and now it works correctly). The last 2 nights kids were in the rooms next to us and kept us up till 1am and 2 am respectively.
