Pros:

Bed was plush with lots of pillows. Love the shower - high pressure water. The location is great too.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. But it still had variety and the usually staples.

Great place yo stay when in Kuantan.
Pros:

Checking in and out with ease. Staff friendly and helpful. Service staff at the breakfast coffee house were excellent, well mannered and quick to clear empty plates.
Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons:

One of the rooms' hair dryer didn't work, complained but was not rectified even when we left.

Overall, I am still satisfied with my stay and had a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The breakfast had fewer choices compared to other hotel buffets, but the food tasted above average and we all enjoyed it every morning.

The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a luxury or premium room, but it was more than good enough for our stay. The location was great and very convenient for getting around the city. All the staff were friendly and provided good service.

Cons:

However, the restaurant was quite small and couldn't accommodate a large number of guests. On our first morning, we had to queue for a table during breakfast. I think the hotel should let guests choose a breakfast time slot when the hotel is very busy.

The swimming pool was also very small and looked a bit dirty, so we decided not to use it. Another issue was that the lift floor often became wet because many guests entered without drying themselves after using the pool. I think the hotel management should find a solution to improve this.

Clean and comfortable Hotel
Pros:

The room we stayed in was clean and in good condition. The bathroom and bed were comfortable. We liked the firm mattress.

Cons:

Location wise, there was not much to do around the hotel within walking distance
