お値段相応
Pros:

洗濯機、乾燥機、浴室乾燥機があった。
トラブルの対応が迅速だった。

Cons:

洗濯機が小さくて何度も回す必要があった。
洗濯機の排水パイプが抜けていて、水が台から溢れそうになった。後で対応してもらった。
浴室乾燥は出力が弱くムラがあった。一晩かけてもタオルの下の部分は乾いていなかった。
ドライヤーが故障していた。交換してもらった。
