Pros and cons
Pros:

The room looked VERY different from the pictures. We were on the ground floor which, for $550/ night seemed like a rip-off. Internet was spotty. Coffee was bad. I did raise the issue and was told there was nothing she could do because the hotel was full (fair enough), but I think a discount would have been appropriate.

Room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Pros:

Breakfast was next door. Credit was very reasonable and flexible. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

We had booked for two nights. My wife woke up the next day terribly stuffed up with a bad cold. We checked out a day early. I was very disappointed that we were charged for a second night - told standard policy. Upon our return to Calgary, I phoned and complained to management. I was most pleased to be told that I would receive a credit, which I received a few days later. We plan on returning to Creston and would most definitely stay there again.

Friendly receptionist on arrival. Room was spacious & quiet considering on a busy road. Breaky being supplied next door at Ricky's was good too.

Pros:

If you’re driving east highway 3 thru creston this is your hotel. Excellent facility, great storage, and super staff. Loved the food at Ricky’s.

Our stay was a quick overnight and very satisfactory.
Pros:

Being out of town you feel a bit “isolated” as little is really walkable. The Rickys restaurant next door is a good place to eat though and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Be closer to shopping and entertainment
