En realidad nos gustó todo
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Lo staff è sempre stato estremamente disponibile e attento a ogni necessità, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia, con opzioni adatte a tutti: gluten free, senza lattosio e anche vegan. La stanza era comoda e sempre pulita, e la posizione dell’hotel è centrale e molto pratica per muoversi e visitare la zona.
Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo punto da migliorare, direi i cuscini, che potrebbero essere un po’ più confortevoli. Ma si tratta davvero di un dettaglio rispetto a un soggiorno complessivamente molto piacevole.
Stanza con balcone spaziosa, pulita e arredata come in foto. Buona la colazione con ampia scelta di dolce, salato, frutta e yogurt. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Le stanze potrebbero essere più insonorizzate, qualche rumore di troppo si sente anche dalla strada. Cuscini troppo bassi

Good location and room cleaned

Breakfast Awful and cold,one toasing machine.
Very noisy we were in room 110 singer on from 9 am until 12 it was like he was in our room.
Then alarm went off 2am for 20 mins couldn't find reception team at first when finally spoke to him he said just go back to bed.
View from room looked onto all the air con units which were very noisy.
Avoid this room at all costs we couldn't wait to get home
Buena ubicación y camas confortables.
La insonorización de la habitación era pésima. Se oía la conversación de la habitación de al lado perfectamente. Esto hace que no haya intimidad. No solo se oye el ruido del pasillo sino que puedes hablar desde la cama con el vecino perfectamente.
Por eso puntúo negativamente la tranquilidad de la habitación ya que hay que hablar en voz baja si no quieres que la habitación de al lado te oiga.

I asked for a double bed and got dumped in a single bed. Never again will I stay in this hotel.

Nos entró sin avisar en la habitación la camarera.El primer dia cuando llegamos teníamos pelos en la ducha y la pila.La comida muy floja.La bolleria del desayuno de bolsa.Me sabe mal, pero me decepcionó .Siento tener que poner la realidad.Espero que sirva de algo
