Pros:

Staff at reception was amazing.
Rooms are excellent.
It's location gives u the possibility to be one minute to downtown but away from the hubbub.

Cons:

Breakfast is "ok" to be called a boutique, but TV very loud with War News every morning, the toaster was broken.
The facility should tell clients about the architectural barriers for people with disabilities, physical barriers, or accessibility barriers on it's advertisment.

Buena parada, buena localizacion y muy buen trato.
Pros:

Buffet completo y acorde al precio. Muy limpio, variedad de frutas, cereales, dulces y salados. Muchas mesas dentro del comedor. Sitio acojedor y bien organizado.

Cons:

Le falta un poquito de ventilacion a la habitacion que me toco.

Un hotel estupendo.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, a la entrada del casco histórico y con posibilidad de aparcar el coche en la zona.
Muy limpio y cuidado.

Cons:

Insonorización exterior. Al estar en una calle con tránsito nocturno, en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se oyen gritos por la noche.
El acceso a las habitaciones es por escaleras. Creo que se debe advertir que hay barreras arquitectónicas, por si algún viajero tiene limitaciones.
