APARTMENTS: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Starting from 4 nights, the cleaning of the apartment with the change of towels and linen is required every 3 days, at the cost of € 20,00 each.

When booking a room with kitchenette, please note that use of the kitchenette implies a weekly and a final cleaning fee (€ 15.00 at the end of the stay for stays up to 3 days;

Pros:

ottima location, camere confortevoli e pulite, posizione perfetta e buona colazione.

Cons:

non mi è piaciuto che viene pubblicizzato che l'hotel dispone di parcheggio, ma non viene specificato che si debba prenotare a parte, pertanto il cliente arriva convinto che la struttura disponga di posto auto ed invece trova il parcheggio pieno e non disponibile. Il fatto costituisce un enorme disagio, perchè non è affatto facile trovare posto nelle vicinanze specialmente in estate. Specificate che i parcheggi sono limitati.

War für das erste mal Okey
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Nicht alle von der Rezeption verstanden Englisch.
Die Anleitung auf dem Zimmer haben gefehlt.
Zimmer mit Küche war nicht so sauber !
Keine Möglichkeit zum nasse Tücher vom Strand aufzuhängen.

Ferragosto Wochenende - Musik vom Strand bis 4 Uhr in der Früh
Pros:

Nahe am Strand, gute Lage, Garage auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles in allem sehr schön. Frühstück war okay, bis auf: Siehe negatives.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war pro Person nur ein Kaffee inkludiert. Für jeden weiteren musste man bezahlen. So etwas ist mir noch nicht untergekommen.

Moderna e ottimamente posizionata

Cons:

I parcheggi (a pagamento si intende) per gli ospiti vanno considerati soprattutto per le suite. Impensabile nel 2026 dover cercare il parcheggio ogni giorno in giro (e sono stato fortunato)

A due passi dalla spiaggia!
Pros:

Camera pulitissima e molto ampia, posizione a due passi dal mare. La struttura si raggiunge dalla stazione dei treni in 10 minuti a piedi. Staff professionale e disponibile. Ottima colazione a buffet.
