The private on-site parking is covered. Parking spaces are limited and therefore subject to availability.

APARTMENTS: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Starting from 4 nights, the cleaning of the apartment with the change of towels and linen is required every 3 days, at the cost of € 20,00 each.

When booking a room with kitchenette, please note that use of the kitchenette implies a weekly and a final cleaning fee (€ 15.00 at the end of the stay for stays up to 3 days;
€ 30.00 every 7 days and at the end of the stay), which is compulsory and should be paid extra at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità e gentilezza del personale sia della reception sia della sala colazioni.
La pulizia degli ambienti era molto buona.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ok.

Cons:

Essendo un viaggio di lavoro, nella camera avrei preferito avere una piccola scrivania, ma non c'era.
Per lavorare mi sono accomodato sui divanetti in reception.

Eccellente esperienza
Pros:

La posizione e perfetta vicinissimo al lungomare e a molti ristoranti e locali. La struttura è ottimamente tenuta e gli appartamenti sono puliti e curati. Il personale e estremamente gentile e il parcheggio molto comodo

Cons:

La limitazione di cani a 10 lg è un po' limitante specialmente per gli appartamenti che hanno un ingresso autonomo
