The private on-site parking is covered. Parking spaces are limited and therefore subject to availability.

APARTMENTS: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Starting from 4 nights, the cleaning of the apartment with the change of towels and linen is required every 3 days, at the cost of € 20,00 each.

When booking a room with kitchenette, please note that use of the kitchenette implies a weekly and a final cleaning fee (€ 15.00 at the end of the stay for stays up to 3 days;
€ 30.00 every 7 days and at the end of the stay), which is compulsory and should be paid extra at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Tutto bene, abbiamo trascorso solo una notte.
Free upgrade ad una stanza più grande.
Posizione comoda e molti parcheggi nelle vicinanze.
Tutto molto recente.

Cons:

Bisogna ricordarsi di avvertire la struttura in caso di ospiti a 4 zampe che sono accettati ma su richiesta, noi non lo avevamo letto nella descrizione su booking e ci siamo presentati con il cagnolino senza avvertire ma non ci hanno comunque fatto problemi 👍🏻

Pros:

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno presso di loro, ma non avevo mai provato gli appartamenti. Sono rimasto soddisfatto. Il bilocale era curato e pulito. Ben insonorizzato e climatizzato. Forse la doccia migliorabile, ma tutto il resto, ok. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti quindi non ho usufruito della zona cucina. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro e al lungomare. Il parcheggio è sempre una scommessa, ma a Civitanova è così dappertutto.

Stanza molto ampia (anche abbiamo beneficiato di un upgrade...) moderna, arredata con gusto.

Ottima pulizia.

Colazione di buon livello con salato e dolce (e cappuccino da vera macchina da caffè).

Ottima posizione centrale e vicina alla ciclabile (per noi ciclisti!) con possibilità di ricovero bici in garage protetto, per la notta.
