We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and we would especially like to thank Ms. Aysel at the reception. She was incredibly supportive, kind, and professional throughout our visit. Her warm attitude and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and valued. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to our overall satisfaction. Top service en top hotel voor een verblijf in Baku! 20 minuten van het centrum en goed bereikbaar. We hebben zelfs een gratis kamer upgrade gekregen van Fidan. Complimenten voor haar gastvrijheid en service!

Great place with an excellent location—very close to everything. The staff were kind and helpful, and the property was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the Front Office team, especially Mr. Farid.
Staff was Friendly and understanding. Mr. Farid and Young chap Mahammad were very polite and courteous.

Удобное расположение. Остановки транспорта рядом. Большие чистые номера. Очень приветливый персонал. Разнообразный завтрак.
Сильный запах табака в кафе на 1 этаже. Не захотелось выпить кофе. Вид во двор на пустырь, строительный мусор. Наверное скоро будет стройка, об этом не предупредили. На 1 ночь можно конечно,но если дольше, хотелось бы вид на город, хотя с той с той стороны шумная дорога. Вот бы и предлагали выбрать гостям.
