Pros:

Beautiful hotel. We were greeted pleasantly at reception. We were checked into our room very quickly. The room was clean and fresh. The restrooms have everything you need. The towels smell wonderful!
A very filling breakfast is served in the morning. Coffee and juices are delivered to the room. Thank you, I will definitely come back again.

К сожалению, из-за такого обмана и отсутствия ответственности я не могу рекомендовать этот отель и не вернусь сюда снова
Pros:

Плюсы: номер чистый и аккуратный, уборка ежедневная и качественная. Все необходимые мелочи (щётка, паста и т.д.) всегда были в наличии. Персонал вежливый, просьбы выполняли быстро. Очень понравилось, что завтрак можно заказать в номер без доплаты.

Cons:

Минусы: при продлении проживания до 18:00 мне назвали цену 50% от тарифа, но с карты списали 100%. Сначала сотрудники признали ошибку и пообещали вернуть деньги, но на следующий день отказались. В итоге я заплатила полную стоимость за лишний час пребывания. Руководство так и не вышло на связь, вопрос не решили.

Приехали ночью, нам сказали ваш номер на ремонте, других номеров не осталось, это было в 2 часа ночи. Если нет свободных номеров, зачем принимать брать бронь через букинг? Никому не советую

Cons:

Место для парковки по факту может быть, а может не быть, надо оградить парковку для гостей проживающих в отеле, чтобы не устраивать лотерею с гостями ресторана Манана.

AVOID THE PLACE NOTHING IS WHAT THEY CLAIM
Pros:

The room sizes were good and to a small extent the breakfast.

Cons:

Almost everything, they mentioned a day in advance that their hotel is going through some renovations and they cannot give us the room categories we have booked. They downgraded us to deluxe room from an executive suite citing all exec suites are under renovations. We booked the rooms with balconies but they didnt have those too. They could hardly understand English and just made it difficult for us to communicate with them. When we asked that they should give us a discount when they are downgraded, they mentioned that the Booking.com prices are far lower than their rack rates. They were not helpful at all. They also overcharged us for early check in. They mentioned a price on whatsapp conversation but then they said that was done by mistake.
