Armazi Palace

We arrived late at night as our flight was delayed and we were welcome so nicely by the staff. We didn't woke up for brekfest becuse if our late arrival and the crew realized that and called at 10:15am to say they have saved us food as they thught we might be hungry agter the ling day we had with the flight.
That was so nice!
Also, one of our friend were sick and didn't came to the trip in the end, when we cheked out from the room after two nights and wanted to pay they told us the reduced the price to three people and not four. This show of reall and hunest people!

The room was clean and comfy.

Near to Avalabari Metro station and Tiblisi central is within walking distance....Breakfast is average

Overall situation is great here. Very nice, friendly and polite stuff. Good location, it's near an Avlabari metro station, so close from city center. Room was very clean and also has a small balcony. Service is great. Prices are affordable.

Its ok to stay for a few days while visiting the city. Its near old city and metro station. Quite small with bad wifi. Receptionist we had in those few days were nice. Not impressed with food. It was clean.

The best thing i like about this hotel is the location, it is in the middle of old city and all papular destinations are just on walking distance. Breakfast is with limited options but its good and the lady who serves breakfast is too sweet and friendly. Thanks a lot Maya for all the help and tips provided during and before my visit, and for that mandarins too :) and yes sorry once again for asking so many things ;) for sure you will be the first reason to revisit this amazing Hotel apart from other good things.

Location is very close to the city center and Avlabari metro station. Though the exterior of the hotel might mislead you, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and most of all, the prices are affordable and the service is excellent. Our rate included breakfast and there was a lot of variety of food to choose from (hot and cold items). I have to mention the manager Ms. Maya - she was extremely friendly and provided exceptional personalised attention to our family. So was everyone else - very friendly and helpful staff!

We stayed 7 nights in the hotel. The location is perfect less than a minute walk from the Avlabari metro station and 10 minutes walk from europe square. The room is clean with a small balcony and a greate view of the city. Amazing, friendly and professional staff with great service. The breakfast was delicious.

Great location near Old Tbilisi. The staff are super helpful nothing is too much effort. The breakfast was Georgian. It was fresh and lovely. The lady that worked in the kitchen kept it spotless and so friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Nothing was to much effort for the staff of this lovely hotel. It was my first time to visit this country and i need to a hotel to stay for more than a week that can afford my budget i keep looking from the internet and there are a lot of choices of hotel but i end up to this hotel,it is not that so luxurious but im lucky because my room is big and overlooking view from the balcony,comfortable to stay,very clean and accessible to the popular places. The receptionist name Maya is very friendly,accommodating and very kind.

Great Location with cheap price

Glad to choose this hotel for first timer visit in Tbilisi. me and my friend stayed for two nights.  ladies in this hotel is very helpful and informative. location is very accessible to everything. market, transporation, city walk to kura river wear leads you to Bridge of Peace were you can take cable car to reach to Narikala Fortress.

The overwhelming hospitality of the Georgian people is what makes Georgia such an incredible place to visit. While walking to Kura River we meet someone named CINADE on the street offering city activity with very good price. without any hesitation we hooped in to his car. we went to Jvari Monastry is no exception. Mtskheta is georgian province were under UNESCO Heritage. on lunch time cinade bring to to this local restaurant just along the road on Mtskhesta. Kinkhali and pork runs barbecue very delicous. if you are planning to travel to georgia without any activity plan. i highly recommend Cinade his very nice and innocent man.bit make sure to pack some georgian language with you. as most of the local doesnt speak english. our travel makes sense with this guy. he even give us his homemade wine as complementary.

We booked 5 rooms for 5 couples with 1-2 children in each room from Jan 25 to Jan 29, 2017.

Things we liked the most-
1. Price :)
2. Location
3. Room heater, very effective it was
4. Decent breakfast spread
5. Excellent housekeeping staff

Things we missed-
1. Lift, specially if the room is at 3rd or 4th floor
2. Mini bar was good but a tea/ coffee maker would have been appreciated.

Overall a very good choice.

Stayed in this hotel a few times and it is now kind of my first place to look for room in Tbilisi.
Usually I stay in Avlabari area to be close to old historic city still staying away from noise of historic center.
Highlights of the hotel are nice stuff and comfortable rooms.
People working there were always pleasant and kind, last time lady at desk helped a lot with our transportation and other necessary information.
Rooms are comfortable and quality made. One more advantage of rooms (compared to some other small hotels I stayed nearby) is that they are much better noise-isolated; you’d not hear noise from reception area in your room.
The only thing that I’d prefer the breakfast has a bit more variety - may be for a couple of more dollars.
In any case, as of today – my favorite place in Tbilisi for good location and quality rooms for decent price.

10 rooms. 40 to 5o per night. Great view. Nice people. This is a boutique hotel for those on a budget. Easy, but no elevator. Stairs are a pain but good exercise. I recommend it. This is a great deal with good attitude.

Absolutely great location right at the Avlabari metro station. Welcoming hotel especially reception! Girls are very attentive and helpful! Maya, Nadia, Iya - great team! The place is nice. We booked the deluxe room, which had a really fascinating view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and we liked the staff in general. We stayed for two days only, so speaking based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the hotel for the short stays.

First ,the location is very good,many tourist attractions are close by and u can visit those places on foot,metro station is only 5 mins walk.most importantly the staff of this hotel are friendly and speaks english which is very rare in georgia.

If you are looking for a comfortable&secure place to stay in Georgia, Armazi Palace is the best and perfect one with very friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming staff. Actually it is not a hotel, it was our Home while we are away from Home. A very accessible hotel, 30-50m to metro station (Avlabari), famous Sameba church and Bridge of Peace is just walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely recommend the hotel to our family and friends who wants to visit Georgia :)

Clean and nice rooms. Good wifi but only on your floor. Breakfast is very bad. Two kind of salami, two kinde of chease, boiled egg and coffie. Staff very poor with english. View on a garbage can. Close to old Tbilisi.

Our trip to tbilisi Georgia is really a memorable one because we stayed at a place where you will feel you are Home Away from Home..all the staff at hotel Armazi Palace are very welcoming..we were never treated as just their guests but as their family..the hotel manager,Natia, is very friendly, helpful and kind, she really made sure that our stay at their hotel will be worth it..they have given us a room which is quite big for 3pax with balcony..we stayed for 5days and 5nights and every day was really a great journey!special thanks to Mr.Temur, who became our driver and tour guide and he treated us as his own children..with him we really felt secure and comfortable..we had visited almost all the tourist destinations at Georgia..from tbilisi to gudauri to signagi and kakheti..

I highly recommend that if you plan to visit Georgia you must stay at Hotel Armazi Palace..What you pay is what you get..the hotel is very accessible..about 15mins drive from the airport..50m away from metro Avlabari,walking distance to bridge of peace where from there you can take the cable car going to narikala fortress and botanical garden..
