Fabulous stay with professional staff & great rooms, food,
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with incredible amenities and a lovely & professional staff. From reception to bar & restaurant.
The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice for all kinds.
The garden, with sunbeds was very relaxing, my husband and our 2 months old baby chilled there in the afternoon.

Highly recommend with dog & baby. The hotel is very thought through and the staff are very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back!

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt mit wunderschönem Wetter
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit gedecktem Balkon was sehr schön war. Betten sind leider zu hart für eine Person unter 50 Kg Kopfkissen haben wir ausgetauscht bekommen, da diese zu hoch waren für den Nacken.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt wenn man gerne sich etwas bewegt braucht man kein ÖV zu nutzen. Gehweg nach Locarno 10 Minuten zu Fuss

Cons:

Das Personal war so mäßig freundliche und interessiert - wir haben da schon einiges mehr an Engagement gesehen in anderen Hotels . Beim Frühstück haben wir vergeblich auf Personal gewartet, welches uns einen Platz zugewiesen hätte, von daher ist noch Luft nach oben. Das ganze Unterfangen Frühstück war ein wenig chaotisch und unorganisiert aber im Garten draussen zu sitzen war wirklich sehr schön .

Great hotel with all you need in a beautiful environment
Pros:

The hotel has a wonderful location and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The Spa is very nice and cozy. We had a beautiful view to the lake and the mountains from our room. The breakfast buffet was also good with loads of fresh products. The staff were kind (especially the spa ladies).

Cons:

Everyone was nice, but I would have appreciated if the staff and the front desk would have given us more information about the hotel. E.g. that a reservation is needed in the restaurant if we would consider having dinner there.
