Week-end confortable et aux petits sons dans une oasis que je recommande.
Pros:

Le spa, la propreté, l’accueil du personnel étaient fabuleux. Le réceptionniste a constaté que j’avais mon anniversaire. Nous avons eu droit à une belle attention en arrivant dans la chambre: une bouteille de mousseux. L’offre du petit déjeuner était bonne.

Cons:

Il faisait un trop chaud dans notre chambre (fin février!). Il a fallu ouvrir la porte coulissante sur le balcon. Pas évident pour maintenir l’assombrissement dans la chambre. Les coussins étaient trop denses. Pas d’alternative de coussins plus plats en chambre.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Als ich und mein Partner angekommen sind mit Auto, waren wir positiv überrascht über die Lage des Hotels. Es hat grosse Garagen zum Auto parkieren, somit ist das Auto auch sicher. Das Frühstück ist sehr gross gemacht wie ein Buffet, man kann auswählen von Süssem Frühstück zum salzigem Frühstück, sowie auch frischgepresste Säfte. Man meldet sich an sobald man Restaurant ankommt mit Zimmernummer und dann wird man zum Tisch geführt oder kann sich setzen, wenn es noch viele Plätze frei hat. Man kann sich auf verschiedene Sprachen unterhalten und es wird serviert das was man möchte Kaffee, Ovomaltine oder was auch immer der Wunsch ist. Man kann auch immer wieder fragen wenn man noch etwas braucht sowie ganz frische Spiegeleier, kann man auch bestellen und wird direkt an Tisch geführt.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts wo ich hier sagen kann. Das Frühstück war Highlight von unserem Aufenthalt, man ist mit Freude aufgestanden, zum Frühstück nehmen zu gehen und man ist satt gewesen lange, sodass man erst wieder Nacht essen gehen konnte auswärts und konnte sich Mittagessen und Kosten sparen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, das die Mäntel nicht immer aufgefüllt worden sind, müssten Rezeption anrufen am Abend damit wir nicht mit Bikini hinlaufen müssen. Es werden nicht immer Sachen aufgefüllt wie z.b. Kaffeerahm. Empfehlenswert ist auch Wasser zu kaufen, da man nur eine Flasche gratis bekommt und anschliessend von Überteuertem Minikühlschrank dies muss kaufen und nicht viel drinnen ist. Das Personal kommt am Abend das Zimmer für schlafen zu vorbereiten, diese Erfahrung war für mich sehr neu aber cool. Sehr gute Schokolade die sie immer platzieren. Sachen werden nicht angefasst diese Persönlich sind, Sorge das etwas geklaut wird ist bei 0%.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, leicht erhöht über Locarno. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Abholung durch Hotel am Bahnhof ist sehr komfortabel.

Der Wellness-Bereich.
Dass man bereits um 9.30h in die Sauna kann.
Sehr schöner Ruheraum mit Blick über Locarno.

Cons:

Die Empfangsdamen. Ein paar nette Begrüssungsworte und ein Lächeln wären angebracht.
Oberste Priorität hatten die Fragen, ob wir einen Parkplatz bei Ihnen hätten und ob sie für uns das Nachtessen reservieren könne. Der Parkplatz, auch draussen, kostet neuerdings 15 Fr. pro Tag.

Das Frühstück. Die drei oder vier Käsesorten waren angetrocknet, ebenfalls die Charcuterie. Sie schienen am Tag zuvor geschnitten und bereits in die Vitrine gelegt worden zu sein.
