Der Wellness-Bereich.
Dass man bereits um 9.30h in die Sauna kann.
Sehr schöner Ruheraum mit Blick über Locarno.

Cons:

Die Empfangsdamen. Ein paar nette Begrüssungsworte und ein Lächeln wären angebracht.
Oberste Priorität hatten die Fragen, ob wir einen Parkplatz bei Ihnen hätten und ob sie für uns das Nachtessen reservieren könne. Der Parkplatz, auch draussen, kostet neuerdings 15 Fr. pro Tag.

Das Frühstück. Die drei oder vier Käsesorten waren angetrocknet, ebenfalls die Charcuterie. Sie schienen am Tag zuvor geschnitten und bereits in die Vitrine gelegt worden zu sein.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Belvedere in Locarno war eine perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung, atemberaubender Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und unvergesslichen Momenten mit meinen Freundinnen.

Vieles war hervorragend: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Location wunderschön und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Cons:

Es gab nur Kleinigkeiten, die den ansonsten sehr positiven Eindruck kaum getrübt haben. Es ist tatsächlich schwierig, etwas zu nennen, das nicht gefallen hat

Beautiful Hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

The room and the view were fabulous. The bar and barman were exceptional. One of the best cocktails on our entire trip. Gorgeous chap at reception. I could have stayed longer just at this hotel. The restaurant is exceptional. The spa area had a great steam and sauna area. The pool is also very nice. The only thing that was annoying was the plastic divider between the interior and exterior pool. Very sharp.
Staff were also very helpful when a swimming suit was accidently taken from the room during housekeeping. They found it and posted it to Zurich for us. We appreciated the effort.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. There wasn't a great variety and the pancakes and waffles were cold. Staff could have been friendlier.

Pros:

Proper 5-Star with 2 services a day(clean and turn down), excellent staff - kind and knowledgeable. Fantastic view, extremely comfortable linen. Great breakfast.
