Pros:

Wygodnie i czysto. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel zarówno samego hotelu jak i restauracji (w restauracji szczególnie pani Agnieszka). Bardzo dobrze położony, bo z dala od ruchliwych ulic a do bazyliki Ojca Pio spacerem około 15 min (trzeba tylko pamiętać, że idzie się pod górę). W razie deszczu możliwość pożyczenia parasola, po wymeldowaniu możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Duży bufet śniadaniowy, z tym, że może można by go trochę zmieniać każdego dnia, wprowadzając urozmaicenie, że np. jednego dnia są ogórki a drugiego pomidory itp.

Pros:

Bellissima struttura situata in zona molto silenziosa, con comodo parcheggio esterno. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Ottima la colazione dolce salata, sia servita che self service, ill personale gentile e disponibile.

Lovely hotel with very attentive and friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hotel was spotlessly clean and really beautifully decorated with lovely marble floors throughout very nice fixtures and fittings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to be as helpful as was within their power. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of everything you could want.

Cons:

It is a slightly older property and there is no sound proofing- we did have an issue with noise coming from the rooms above and it was quickly sorted by the staff with no fuss when they moved us to another room. You can’t pull the curtains, rather shutters on the outside of the window and curtains that are for decoration rather than functionality- so if you like a completely darkened room it’s difficult to achieve

Hotel eccellente in posizione perfetta per il Santuario di Padre Pio, a pochi minuti a piedi.
Ma il vero punto di forza è lo STAFF. Accoglienza impeccabile alla reception, disponibilità 24h, consigli preziosi per spostamenti e visite. In sala ristorante servizio attento e cordiale, colazione varia e abbondante. Camere pulite e ordinate, gestite con grande cura.
Complimenti a tutto il team del Vallerossa per la professionalità, l'educazione e l'umanità dimostrata. Un esempio di vera ospitalità pugliese. 10 stelle meritatissime!
