อาหารดีมากทั้งเช้าและเย็น ที่สุดคือ onsen ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการได้หลากหลาย เป็นโรงแรมสำหรับครอบครัว

ที่พักนี่คือ the best เลยทีเดียว ทำเลไม่ไกลจาก ตัวเมืองมากเกินไปนัก แต่ว่าการใช้เวลาในที่พักที่นี่ก้อไม่ต้องการออกไปเที่ยวที่ไหนอีกแล้ว คือ พนักงานดีมาก ห้องอาหาร ก้อดีงามมากๆๆ มีบุฟเฟต์อาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าที่อลังการมากๆๆ ชอบสุดคือ onsen ที่มีบ่อให้เลือกหลากหลายมาห เพลิดเพลินสุดๆๆ ในส่วนของ สถานที่ที่ให้เด็กเล่นหิมะก้อดีงามมากเช่นกัน คือชอบไปหมด แล้วก้อรู้สึกว่าอยากไปอีกแน่ๆ

Pros:

設備は豪華な感じがしてエレベーターから見るレストランワクワクしました。

Cons:

部屋着で大浴場に行けなかった。パジャマじゃなくお風呂まで行けるなような部屋着だと良かった。
お風呂までが遠くスリッパが歩きにくかった。いちいちさスリッパを預けたり面倒くさいと思った。シャトレーゼだから風呂上がりのアイスとかバイキングのスイーツに期待したけど、うーん🧐て感じだった。

外で雪遊びができたり、プールがあったり子ども連れにはいいのかも。

Pros:

식사는 매일 아침 저녁으로 뷔페믈 먹었는데 컬리티 너무 좋았다.

Cons:

3박 연박인데 컵을 안바꾸어 준다. 물은2병 주는데 컵은 씻어주지 않아서 종이컵이라도 주지...불편함. 셔틀 버스가 있어 시내로 가기 좋구 근처에 노선버스 정류장이 있어서 시내로 가시 좋다. 수영장은 무료이나. 휘트니센터는 유로로 깜짝 놀람. 투숙객은 휘트니센터는 무료로 해야 히는것 같은데..

子連れで行くには最高です。
屋内プールもあり、プールでのイベントも子供が楽しめました。
中庭で雪遊びが出来るのも良いです。

Cons:

仕方ないのですが、古い場所が所々あり、少し清潔感に欠ける所がちょっと残念です。

1泊2食付きと思っていたのに朝食だけ付いていたのにはちょっとガッカリ💦
ネット申し込みだったからちょっとわかりづらかった。
地下一階の飲食店が土日しかやってなかった事が少し残念😅

再次到訪，非常滿意
Pros:

10多年前跟EGL住過一晚，印象幾好，今次自駕再來，感覺依然不錯，前台員工親切，有些小蛋糕曲奇可供帶回房間，最滿意自助晚餐，長腳蟹新好味，牛肉，天婦羅，甜品均非常有水準，見到有幾團遊客亦不覺擠擁，大家食得很開心，服務員很熱誠，即使不停執枱亦會留意人客需要，有位年青員工替我們在聖誕樹前拍照，非常好♡

Cons:

唯一浴場比較老舊，需要行去另一座及坐電梯，要帶張溫泉紙才可入場，雖然我沒有帶，員工問了房號亦給予進入。

朝ごはんが豪華でよかった

札幌駅から最寄りがないため、わたし達はシャトルバスを利用するしかなかった。
便が少なく、また早いため、帰りはタクシーを使うことに。
割高になった感。
