Pros:

A great place for families with young children. Toddlers will especially love it. Dining options are quite limited on weekdays, but there is a 7-Eleven about a 10-minute walk away (and shopping center about 30-min walk away). The resort is starting to show its age, but everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout the property.

いつも帰国のたびに利用しています。今回は日本語が話せない義両親のために私が予約していました。私は義両親と別の部屋に宿泊。家族で宿泊した3泊の最後の夕食時に義両親から、”部屋がタバコ臭くて窓を開けてやっと寝られたよ、、喫煙部屋を予約したのね”と言われて、私は禁煙部屋を予約したつもりだったので、フロントで禁煙部屋だったことを確認しました。全室禁煙だそうで、そのことを義両親に伝えました。だとすると前に泊まった人がこっそり喫煙したとしか思えない強いたばこ臭だから、禁煙を注意喚起するとか、気をつけたほうがいいよとフロントの方に伝えておいて。とのことでした。

その旨をフロントに伝え、睡眠するために別の部屋に移れるがどうしますかとオファーされましたが、義両親はあと一泊だしこのままでいいとのことでその話は終わったのですが、
前に宿泊した方のマナーの問題ではありますが、そんなに匂いが残っていたら、禁煙で予約しているお客さまをいれるべきでないのでは？お掃除の方の段階でフロントに報告するなどできなかったのかなあ、と残念です。

うちの家族は喫煙者がいません。オーストラリアから旅行して北海道まで来た義両親が快適に過ごせるようにと禁煙部屋を予約したので、そこだけ残念でした。

私自身が原因でしたが、（入浴チケット紛失に寄り、再発行をお願いしてしまった。）
フロントの女性スタッフから部屋番号を提示の旨を説明された際に聞き取れなかったので聞き返す仕草を致しましたら、強い口調で部屋番号は⁇と聞き返されてしまいました。
正直びっくり致しました。私に原因があったにしろ、不快な気持ちになりました。
客は神では無いですが、あんな強い口調だと意図が無くても誤解を招く物だと思います。
ホテルは定期的に利用させて頂いておりますが、次回以降はその女性スタッフを避けたいと思います。若手ではなく、中堅〜ベテランのスタッフだったと感じました。とても気が強そうな感じが見受けられました。

Pros:

部屋がとても広くて窓からのロケーションも最高でした。
朝食会場も広いので待ちがなく、ゆっくりと朝食を取れました。デザートのケーキは流石という感じで美味しかった。ベッドの硬さも硬めでとても寝やすかった。

お風呂がガラス張りだとトイレに入れないこと。
お風呂のテレビが映らなかったので使えなかった。
お風呂のタイルのカビが多すぎたのが残念ですね。

子供が凄く喜んでくれたので良かったです。
Pros:

ホテルの中に色々な設備が入っていてホテルでゆっくり過ごす事を目的とした旅行には良いと感じました。

Cons:

部屋がもう少し広いと良かったと思います。
また、冬に行ったので屋外プールなど使えない施設もあったので次回は夏に行きたいと思いました。

Pros:

小学生の子ども達とお風呂　プールで楽しみました。お部屋もきれいでした。

夕食バイキング、予約時間に行ったのですか、並んでいて待たされました。

広々としていて気持ちがよかったです

Cons:

プール、更衣室、温泉、の動線がぐちゃぐちゃでわかりにくかった。使いにくい更衣室だった、もっと通路をわかりやすく表示するべきだ。バスタオルを巻いて階段ののぽりおりは寒かった。
