Great place to stay for a short trip to Rome!
Pros:

Convenient location, quiet, good standard of accommodation, air con, good breakfast. Even provided a take away breakfast when we had to leave early.

Ottimo hotel a 2 passi da Termini.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta perchè vicina a Termini. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e il palazzo davvero molto bello. Lo staff è stato gentile e molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Ci tornerò!

Great hotel!
Pros:

Was a little bit concerned about our stay at this hotel after reading a few reviews but I’m so glad we booked Demetra. It’s about a 5/10 minute walk from the Roma Terminal station in a nice little quiet road. There’s a restaurant below the hotel which we tried and enjoyed and a few little other restaurants near by.

It is on a road so there is a bit of traffic noise but not enough to give you a bad nights sleep. The rooms are a tad on the small size but perfectly fine for what you need. The bathroom is actually quite big and the shower is amazing! Air con worked perfectly fine too. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Mini fridge and safe in the room. Free water on arrival.

The hotel isn’t hard to find if you’re using Google maps, just look out for the sign!

The area is in a good location, everything within walking distance!

I would definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat. Great hotel!

Except the room price I booked, and the TV, others are fine, BTW, the restaurant downstairs is good.
Pros:

the breakfast is good, coffee is very nice

Cons:

the room is very small, the TV is broken, I booked more than EUR250+ per night through booking, which was really high price vs. its quality, and I found the price is only around EUR150 per night after I checked in, which may mostly match it.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι ο κυριότερος λόγος επιλογής του ξενοδοχείου γιατί βρίσκεται κοντά στον σταθμό των λεωφορείων και κοντά στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα. Είχαμε μια αξιοπρεπή διαμονή.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μικρό για την οικογένεια, μιας και είχαμε και ένα μικρό παιδί μαζί μας και το πρωινό περιορισμένο. Το προσωπικό αρκετά εξυπηρετικό. Δεν είχαμε κάποιο παράπονο.

Pros:

Location was great! Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious! Front desk personnel were very helpful

Cons:

Upon checking in, our A/C wasn’t working. For 3 hours we were without power while they tried to fix it. Just an inconvenience. Curtains too long blocking the A/C unit to cool the room. Either you close your curtains for privacy or keep them open so you can have a cool room.

Nice boutique hotel in close proximity to train station.
Pros:

Great location. Only a 5 - 10 miniute walk from train station. A few steps to navigate to lift with bags. Nice breakfast. Good room & good storage room for suitcases.
