First the positives. The location is fantastic for exploring, everything is within reasonable walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the house keeping team do a great job.
The not so great!
No kettle ; tea , coffee , cups in the room , this is unusual for a four star hotel. One loo roll per room per day can prove challenging, heated towel rail didn’t work , the breakfast option was very limited and not in keeping with other 4 star establishments. The reception team are very unapproachable, for example a simple “ good morning “ to guests would go a long way , but unfortunately you are made to feel like an inconvenience if you address them directly ( especially if you speak to a certain individual in the morning who will just scowl at you in silence )
4 star review based on the location, room size and excellent house keeping. Please consider adding tea and coffee ( and a kettle) to the rooms , and maybe consider some kind of human interaction course for one of your reception team in particular.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are beautiful, it has easy access to all of all the places you would want to visit and is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely go back.
Our stay got off to a very disappointing start. Upon check-in, we were allocated two rooms, one of which had clearly not been cleaned or prepared for arriving guests. We had to return to reception to have the issue resolved, and were then reassigned to a different room.
Unfortunately, the second room turned out to be even worse. Throughout the entire night, there was an incredibly loud, constant mechanical noise that sounded as though heavy machinery was operating non-stop. The noise was relentless and made it virtually impossible to get any sleep.
To make matters worse, we contacted reception three separate times throughout the night in an attempt to resolve the issue. Despite our repeated calls, nothing was done and no practical solution was offered. We were simply left to endure the noise for the remainder of the night.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing especially the price being higher than other places. Being allocated an unclean room, followed by spending the entire night awake because of a persistent mechanical noise, and receiving no effective assistance from reception, is well below the standard we expected. We left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and very dissatisfied with our stay.
Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Demetra in Rome was very disappointing.
Upon check-in, I discovered that the room was not properly prepared. There were no bathroom amenities, and there was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. For a 4-star hotel, I believe these are basic amenities that guests should expect.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the attitude of the Front Office Manager. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue professionally, he behaved in an arrogant manner and repeatedly stated that only he and the General Manager make the decisions. This is not the level of customer service one expects from a 4-star hotel.
I would like to make it clear that my review is not directed at the entire hotel staff. Some employees were polite and tried to be helpful. However, the behavior of the Front Office Manager completely ruined my overall experience.
I travel frequently and stay in many hotels, so I can confidently say that this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Posizione comoda alla Stazione Termini e ai mezzi pubblici.Zona illuminata, frequentata con locali e non pericolosa; .personale cordiale e professionale. Struttura in palazzo storico al 1 piano, camera anche se piccolina, pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero, set cortesia, ottimo.Colazione in struttura buona e cameriere gentili. Ci ritorniamo sicuramente.
