Great stay. It does what you need it to do.
Pros:

The property is clean, well located and in a safe area. Lots of good restaurants around. 5 min to Termini station and 20 min to most tourist attractions.

Cons:

The rooms are small, but you spend most time sightseeing anyway.

Mmm unfortunately i left my makeup bag in the room when i left, I contacted hotel 3 times. They said the housekeeper didn’t find it. Strange !!!
Because I definitely left it in that room and i only discovered it missing when i opened my case on a cruise.
Very unhappy as it had all my expensive make in it.

Super prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook top en de metro was om de hoek!

Cons:

Klein minpuntje is dat er veel verkeer langs het hotel komt. Wij zaten aan de straatkant.

В номере нет чайника и необходимых вещей, было достаточно грязно, стаканчики пластиковые. вообше странно для четырех звезд не иметь таких необходимых вещей, завтрак скудный но это везде практически так, голодным не останешься и ладно.

A Wonderful 70th Birthday Present
Pros:

We booked our 10 day holiday in Rome through Hays Travel. Hays found the Demetra Hotel, which was close to the main train termini. It was a great location with fantastic access to lovely restaurants and public transport. We were booked into a Superior room (very like a Premier Plus) which was very clean and suited our needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. We were impressed that even on a busy road, there was no noise disturbance. Our only criticism, not 100% sure if it was the mattress, but Steve experienced back issues after a few nights! We really loved the Hotel, and would use it again when we next visit Rome.
