The Terrace Hotel

Was really good staying in a boutique hotel where we could dine with very affordable options then head upstairs to our room. The included breakfast was an added bonus. The negatives were the tv was glitchy, the bathroom very dark and parking of a high clearance van not easy in the area but we really enjoyed our stay 😀

Excellent room & staff

I was only there for one night between flights. I was happy with the room and very happy with the friendly, welcoming service.

Hotel accommodation was good and clean, great location, breakfast area in the morning was pretty cold.

Loved our stay. Suite was spacious and full of character, black marble bathroom with deep tub was luxurious (and one of the main reasons we booked it) and breakfast was great. Only 2 problems - no face washers in bathroom, and communication was awful - query via Expedia and on Facebook never received responses at all, and email query was only (partially) responded to over 2 weeks later, too late to be useful. Other than that, would recommend and will come again

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Excellent cooked breakfast included in room price. Short walk to the city centre.

We stayed here after a night event at RAC Arena. Perfectly placed to walk to & from venue safely. Comfy bed and quaint rooms. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Exactly what we needed.

Value for money, no staff at check in and bar staff not very helpful

Okay place for a few days. Convenient and close to shops and places of interest. Room was spacious and clean but there was a heavy cigarette smell as soon as you opened the door like it had built up over a long time. Breakfast included is quite good with enough variety. Most staff were friendly.

Love old buildings.lots off character.bath tub was fantastic. But leaking tap needs fixing.

from checkin to checkout no friendly welcome or departure, staff were like if you were causing them and inconvenience when ordering or asking a question.
Room was large but light switches loose and falling off same as handles on cupboards the ring pull I replaced several times. dining poor I ordered their signature share plate which looked like a child had put it together with which looked like leftovers, if this is their signature dish don't order anything else. really for the cost you will get better service and food elsewhere for less.

Loved the olde world charm, quite unique.
It was nearer to the RAC Arena than we expected so that was a bonus.
Our accommodation was very spacious and grand.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
We enjoyed the dinner which, when we mentioned we were going to a show, arrived really quickly. Breakfast too was very enjoyable. The coffee was delicious.
We know where to book now for weekends in Perth, good price with breakfast thrown in and loved the bath option which seems to be lacking in most hotels.

Booked a spa room (top of the range)....but was given a mobility room instead (without explanation). Check in wasn't great as they double charged us for the room. Whilst a bottle of red was nice when we brought up issues....it didn't cover time taken to fix up a refund of overpayment nor the poor room we had been given (ie not as advertised.

We truly loved our 6 days at the Terrace Hotel- The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Abbey- The location was excellent- Cat bus and city bus very close to the hotel. The bar and restaurant area had lots of energy and the food was quite good. We would definitely stay there again.
