Agradable y cómoda.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente ya que el centro histórico queda a 1 calle. El tamaño de la habitación lo considero adecuado para 2 personas. Y la temperatura ambiente fue comoda.

Cons:

La bañera de la habitación era muy pequeña y no contaba con tapón para mantener el agua y relajarse.

Pésima atención. Reservamos por este medio y nos llegó la confirmación y al llegar al hotel dijeron que estaba todo lleno. La app no da la opción de pagar antes, indica que se paga al llegar y el hotel dijo que no había espacio

Las instalaciones son algo viejas y les falta mantenimiento. Aunque el personal fue muy atento cuando reportamos algunos problemas con el agua caliente. La ubicación es excelente.
