Convenient location, but this is definitely NOT for sensitive sleepers!
Pros:

Location was very central and convenient to a lot of different attractions within Penang, also walking distance from the bus/ferry terminal so easy access from KL if needed. Aircon was very cold and saved me from the Penang heat. Host was very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I struggled horribly with the noise level due to the old build of the hotel as well as its location. There was no soundproof, so any noises from the hallways can be heard clearly in the room. Hotel is also sandwiched between two mosques so I was woken up at 5am prayers with the room facing the street. I was grateful to have a room swap to the other side.. however that specific room is underneath a famous "Umbrella Alley" so it was not possible to rest either. I am not a sensitive sleeper by any means, but this has got to be the noisiest hotel I've stayed in so far in my life

Cleaned room and comfortable stay Ravi is very good guy
Pros:

Room is spacious and very nice comfortable to stay location is a perfect I’m very happy to stay here very friendly staff especially Ravi he provide me more drink water for sure I will come back again here and I recommend this hotel

Durian smells next door shop but for me okay because room inside not going smell

alleen ons toiletpapier was nat, toen ik het er over had met m’n kamergenoot stond ineens een medewerker voor de deur met een nieuwe rol, ondanks dat wij het nog niet gemeld hadden. Wij schrokken hier heel erg van en voelde ons niet meer veilig. Ook waren de handgrepen van de ramen kapot. Toen de medewerker ons zijn nummer gaf was het geen Maleisisch nummer maar een nummer uit Afrika. Wij zijn dan ook weg gegaan want voelde ons totaal niet meer veilig

Mouldy walls, smells the whole time of Durian due to the shop next door, stayed for 4 days and room wasn’t cleaned. Ended up emptying our own bins.
Asked for some clean towels and was told towels are currently at laundry, asked for more water bottles and none available.
Worst of all went to leave at 8am to have breakfast and realised we were locked inside the building. As a firefighter this is totally unacceptable. There was never anyone there to speak to either.

Cet hôtel est dans un quartier que nous aimons beaucoup et nous y revenons avec plaisir. Ravi est toujours attentionné, discret et agréable ! Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la salle de bain également. Pour les familles, ils ont de grands duplex et la piscine de petite taille est très adaptée aux enfants..
Nous espérons revenir encore !

Le magasin voisin qui vend du durian, mais l'odeur ne vient pas dans les chambres !

Quarto acolhedor com AC, limpo, cama muito confortavel e com chaleira e pequeno frigorifico. A localizaçao central otima! A piscina muito agradavel, especialmente para refrescar e relaxar no final do dia quente.
O gerente Ravi muito simpatico, atencioso e prestativo.
Recomendo!
