Excellent hotel, fantastic decor, and outstanding staff.
Pros:

We come here for for business and leisure trips at least two or three times a year. Every single time. It's a wonderful experience, entirely due to the staff.

I cannot speak highly enough about Anya, Oleg, and all the support staff like cleaners and food prep that goes on behind the scenes. They are always available, always courteous, just the right amount of funny and caring, yet also down to business when it's necessary.

It's never easy operating a business in a war zone, but the staff here is amazing and honestly makes our stay so much better every single time.

Cons:

Nothing. No complaints. Breakfast could have a little more fresh vegetables but that's usually my my life criticism I suppose

Готель дуже затишний, обслуговування чудове, сніданок смачний і ситний, добра кава, інтер'єр в стилі Ар-нуво, прекрасний вид на Поділ - це чудове місце для романтичного перебування. Дуже рекомендую!
