Property is old and outdated. Towels were old and torn.

Great property and location

El lugar está muy sucio, no está pegada al mar, hay que cruzar una pequeñaaaaa calle, la alberca está limpia y grande

Parece que en el corto plazo desaparecerá la propiedad, probablemente es la razón del estado en el que la encontramos. Falto limpieza e higiene, nosotros que nos hospedamos quizás podemos comprender la razón

We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date.

Very clean. Very charming Mexican vibe.
Front desk both English and Spanish. Walkable to everything in Guayabitos. Beachfront. Pool refreshing and very clean. Sunsets unbeatable from balcón.

Internet a bit slow

The residential property is located across the street from the beach. Easy access and walkable to many restaurants nearby along the beach. Beautiful property, a bit older for sure but with a lot of personality. Friendly staff, Wi-Fi available and Continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean. Safe . Nice pool and area to sit by. The bad. Not sure what the other rooms look like but it was very basic. No extras. We had our own bathroom, but that was it. No TV. But I always say we don’t spend our time in the room anyway as long as we can, sleep well and get shower. I’m gone outside having fun.
